Abstract: A treadmill is provided. A rotation device rotatably supporting a track unit of the treadmill includes a pair of bearing trains rotatably installed at a frame structure and including a plurality of first bearings arranged along a movement direction of a belt to guide a movement of an upper region of a pair of belts and a front rotation module and a rear rotation module rotatably installed at the frame structure and respectively arranged at a front side and a rear side of the pair of bearing trains. Abstract: An exercise machine includes a sensor configured to detect a movement of the exercise machine, a user interface (UI) unit configured to output a UI screen, a memory, and a processor. The processor executes one or more instructions stored in the memory to control the UI unit to display, on the UI screen, a first UI element indicating a user's exercise state corresponding to the detected movement and a second UI element indicating an exercise guide recommended during an exercise using the exercise machine, and change and display a color or shape of at least one of the first UI element and the second UI element, based on a distance between the first UI element and the second UI element on the UI screen.

Abstract: Provided is an exercise guide system. The exercise guide system guides a user in an exercise on a treadmill, of which the speed is controllable according to the user's free will. The exercise guide system includes an input unit configured to receive at least one target exercise speed, a detection unit configured to detect an actual exercise speed of the user on the treadmill. The exercise guide system further includes an exercise guide unit configured to provide information related to the actual exercise speed and the target exercise speed so that the user personally adjusts an exercise speed on the treadmill.
