Abstract:
A flexible printed circuit board. The board includes a first circuit layer, a second circuit layer, a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer and an intermediate layer. The second circuit layer face the first circuit layer, and the first adhesive layer is disposed on the first circuit layer. The second adhesive layer, facing the first adhesive layer, is disposed on the second circuit layer. The intermediate layer, having a plurality of first through holes, is disposed between the first circuit layer and the second circuit layer. The first adhesive layer adheres directly to the second adhesive layer through the first through holes.
Abstract:
A key structure. The key structure comprises a substrate, a key cover, a first rod and a resilient member disposed between the substrate and the key cover. The key cover has a receiving seat defining an opening and a receiving space. Particularly, the length of the opening is less than the receiving space, and the opening is offset with respect to the center of the receiving space. The first rod has a first end connecting the key cover and a second end connecting the substrate, wherein the first end has a protrusion passing through the opening into the receiving space.
Abstract:
A keyboard with an illumination module and the fabrication method thereof. The illuminated keyboard includes a light-guiding plate disposed between a foundation plate and a plurality of keys. A plurality of optical fibers are arranged in parallel with one end of each embedded in the light-guiding plate at the aide surface. The other ends of the optical fibers are attached to a light source. A reflective layer is attached to the back surface of the light-guiding plate.
Abstract:
A fastening mechanism for detachable keyboard modules with the keyboard module consists of at least one fastening seat. The fastening seat engages with a fastening means. The keyboard module is fastened to a computer casing through the fastening means. The fastening means includes a body, two slide channels and an elastic element. The body has a second fastener located at the front end thereof and a housing chamber located at the rear end thereof. The two slide-channels are located at two sides of the body to form a slidable coupling with two slides which located at two sides of the fastening seat. The elastic element is restricted between the housing chamber and a stopping flange which located at a rear end of the fastening seat. The elastic force of the elastic element may push the fastening means forwards to enable a second fastener located at the front end of the body to engage with a first fastener located at the computer casing thereby to enable the keyboard module fastening to the computer casing. When the fastening means is moved rearwards, the second fastener is separated from the first fastener thereby enabling the keyboard module detached from the computer casing.
Abstract:
A portable keyboard comprises a flexible substrate, at least two key groups disposed on the flexible substrate, a circuit board disposed on the flexible substrate, a connector electrically connected to the circuit board and a fixative element having a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion disposed on the substrate. As the flexible substrate is properly tensed to let the first connecting portion join the second connecting portion, the overlapped key groups and the circuit board are all wrapped by the flexible substrate. The folded keyboard is pocket size and easily transported and deployed.
Abstract:
A keyboard. The keyboard comprises at least one key, a base, a membrane assembly and a circuit board. The membrane assembly is disposed between the base and the key. At least part of the circuit board is disposed in the key. The keyboard is connected to a notebook computer or a personal computer via a connection member.
Abstract:
An illuminated keyboard. The illuminated keyboard comprises a key switch, a backlight device, a light-condensing plate, a diffuser, a printed circuit board, and a light source. The key switch includes a seat and a cap, and the cap is disposed on the seat in a moveable manner. The backlight device is disposed beneath the key switch to illuminate the key switch. The light-condensing plate is disposed between the light guide and the key switch. The diffuser is disposed between the light guide and the key switch. The printed circuit board is disposed between the seat and the backlight device. The light source is disposed on the printed circuit board.
