Abstract: A power converter and a UPS including the same are provided. The power converter includes: a first power conversion module including a first and a second bridge arms, and a second power conversion module including a third and a fourth bridge arms, where first terminals of the first and second power conversion modules are configured to be capable of being electrically connected to a mains supply and/or a rechargeable battery, and second terminals are configured to be capable of being electrically connected to a DC bus; and a switch module, configured to enable the first terminals of the first and second power conversion modules to be selectively electrically connected to the mains supply and/or the rechargeable battery, where the first and second power conversion modules, and the switch module are configured to charge the rechargeable battery from the DC bus through the first and fourth bridge arms.
