The present invention is a printed circuit board having cooling means incorporated therein, which is coordinated with a fan. The fan comprises a frame, a stator, a rotator and a circuit board. The circuit board comprises at least one electronic component, a control IC and a heat discharge region. The heat discharge region comprises two heat dissipation areas with a plurality of holes; and the control IC is at a position corresponding to the heat discharge region. Accordingly, the circuit board can be ventilated and its heat-transfer structure can be destroyed to further obtain a better heat discharge so that the work efficiency of the control IC can be improved.
Abstract:
A hub of a fan wheel with improved attachment for a metal case. The fan wheel is composed of a hub with a storage portion and a plurality of blades arranged around circumference of the hub. A metal case with a magnetic part is disposed in the storage portion of the hub. A plurality of blocking chunks is disposed in the end side of the storage portion of the hub, and at least one hook is disposed at proper position in the end side of the storage portion of the hub. A plurality of ribs is disposed inside the storage portion of the hub. The metal case has a penetrated hole with a stopper in one end of the penetrated hole. A recess is set between the stopper and the magnetic part. Therefore, when the metal case is disposed in the storage portion, by hooking the hook in the end side of the storage portion of the hub in the recess between the magnetic part and the stopper and positioning the metal case with blocking chunks and ribs, the metal case is firmly attached in the storage portion of the hub so as to improve attachment and facilitate manufacture.

A fan with guiding ribs in a vent comprises a frame body and a supporting part. The supporting part comprises a pivot connecting fan blade and guiding ribs with outside extension, wherein by means of the guiding ribs, the supporting part is disposed on the inner end surface of the frame body and the profile of guiding ribs is to have an inclined plane that gradually shrink from the end surface to fan blades. By the above structure, complicated components in the prior art can be simplified and the resistance generated by the guiding ribs can be reduced as well. Furthermore, the air flow blown from fan blades is guided to further increase pressure output by the fan.

The present invention provides a metal bushing motor to fix a fan. The fan includes a frame body, a circuit board disposed on the frame body, a stator assembly mounted on the frame body, and a rotor assembly set on the outside of the stator assembly. A loading base is disposed in the center of the frame body and a bearing is disposed on the base. The bearing on the loading base is composed of a connection part and a hollow tube. At least one joint part is disposed on outer circumference of the connection part. A lower bobbin is mounted on the button of the stator assembly. A hole is in the center of the lower bobbin and at least one obstructer corresponding to the joint part mounted on the bearing is disposed on inner circumference of the hole. By the lower bobbin, the stator assembly is firmly mounted on the bearing of the base, rather than get loose or fall off to interrupt the rotation operation of the fan while being forced or operated for a certain period.

The modified centrifugal fan wheel comprises a hollow hub and a set of blade. A hollow hub axis is disposed at the center of a hollow portion of the hollow hub. Along a top side surface of the hollow hub is a curved guiding inlet part and along a bottom side surface of the hollow hub is a curved surface with a smooth fillet extending to a closed part. A set of blades is arranged around an outer part of the hollow hub, having an up ring and a down ring. An inner part of the down ring is connected to the closed part of the hollow hub. Blades are disposed between the up ring and the down ring. Wind holes are disposed equidistantly between each of the blades and equidistant perforations are arranged on the surface of the down ring, connecting to the wind holes between each of the blades. By the closed part and the perforation of the fan wheel, low noise and low current are provided. Meanwhile, power consumption is reduced and working performance of the fan wheel is also improved.

The present invention is a radial fan having an axial fan blade configuration. The present invention comprises a hub; a first set of blades around the hub; and a second set of blades on the extending part. Therein, the hub comprises a hollow at the center, an axle, a guiding part and an extending part. The gaps are each between every two adjacent blades of the second blade set, having the same distance between every two adjacent gaps. The second set of blades comprises a plurality of blades around outside of the first set of blade and a ring connected with the blades. Accordingly, the structure of the blades may increase the wind pressure, reduce the energy loss by the blade rotation and raise the work efficiency of the blades while the noise is lessened and the working current is lowered.
