A mobile device protecting structure includes a first frame having a first frame portion and a first guard plate, a second frame having a second frame portion and a fixing edge, and the second frame portion encircling the first frame portion, and a packing element disposed in the second frame portion and inserted into a packing slot formed at the exterior of the first frame portion, and a waterproof ring installed between the first and second frames and having an internal periphery. A mobile device is covered by the first and second frames, and a second guard plate is selectively packed between the internal periphery and the fixing edge or packed between the internal periphery and the mobile device depending on the thickness of the mobile device.
Abstract:
A case having a speaker mesh module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The case includes a base, a speaker mesh module and a combination member. The base is formed with a filling port and an opening in which the speaker mesh module is correspondingly placed. The speaker mesh module is formed with a buckle part and a sound output part. The combination member is secured on the base through the filling port with an injection molding means and served to cover the speaker mesh module. The combination member is formed with a combining part mutually fastened with the buckle part and a penetrated hole corresponding to the sound output part. Accordingly, the speaker mesh module is able to be sealed in the opening with a means other than adhering, thereby allowing the case to be provided with a stable and excellent waterproof performance.

A battery module includes a battery pack, a strap, and an adjuster. The strap has an attached portion, an adjusted portion and a fixed portion. The attached portion is attached to the battery pack, and the adjusted portion extends from one side of the attached portion. The fixed portion extends from the other side of the attached portion. The adjuster is positioned on the adjusted portion and has a buckle and an elastic element. The buckle is positioned between the elastic element and the battery pack. The elastic element and the battery pack oppose to the same side of the strap. The adjusted portion of the strap passes through the buckle. The battery pack with the strap and the adjuster is fixed on the plate base for protecting itself against outside damage.

A waterproof gate having a speaker mesh film is provided and applied to a case, and the case is formed with a slot. The waterproof gate includes that a waterproof unit is plugged in the slot and has a partition plate having two opposite surfaces being respectively extended with a first annular piece and a second annular piece, and the partition plate is formed with an opening; a speaker mesh film unit covers the opening; a first fasten member is disposed and fastened in a first recess defined by the first annular piece and the partition plate; and a second fasten member is disposed and fastened in a second recess defined by the second annular piece and the partition plate. The speaker mesh film unit and the partition plate are clamped between the first fasten member and the second fasten member. Accordingly, an excellent waterproof effect is provided.

A flexible cascade unit for cascading electrical elements and device thereof are provided. The cascade unit includes a first series connection portion, a second series connection portion and a flexible structure. The flexible structure is a formed integral between the first and second series connection portions, and clads a conducting wire. The conducting wire has two conducting ends respectively extended to the first and second series connection portions. As such, a strip-like object can be formed based on the flexibility, and be attached at an arm, waist or wrist of a person to be readily portable and wearable.

A waterproof box structure includes a composite plate and a soft film. The composite plate includes a chemical curing layer and a thermoplastic resin layer adhered and coupled to each other. The composite plate has a through hole. The through hole penetrates the chemical curing layer and the thermoplastic resin layer. The thermoplastic resin layer extends from the inner rim of the through hole and toward the center of the through hole to form a flange. The soft film hides the through hole. The outer rim of the soft film encloses the flange and is coupled to the flange.
