    Abstract: An operation handle for electrocautery includes: a grip, an operation rod, a stopping part, a positioning bar, and a driven member. One end of the operation rod is jointly connected to the grip, and the other end has a pressing portion. The operation rod moves selectively from an initial position to at least one work position. The stopping part is disposed on the operation rod and adjacent to the pressing portion. The positioning bar is disposed on the grip and comprises at least one positioning groove. When the pressing portion of the operation rod is forced, the operation rod moves from the initial position to the at least one work position, and one end of the driven member is lodged in the at least one positioning groove.

    Abstract: A waterproof button structure includes a housing, a button cap, a plurality of waterproof elements and a fastening member. The housing has a first surface and a second surface, and is formed with a pair of through holes and a groove. The button cap is capable of correspondingly moving a long a normal direction of the first surface of the housing, and includes a pair of button shafts respectively inserted in the pair of through holes. The waterproof elements are disposed between the button shafts and the through holes. The fastening member is assembled to the button shafts and is disposed correspondingly to the second surface. The fastening member includes a bent portion. The bent portion is disposed in protrusion towards the groove and includes a protrusion. When the button cap is pressed, the protrusion is abutted against a press switch.

    Abstract: An electrocautery instrument for endoscopic therapy includes an operation handle and a rotatable positioning means. The operation handle includes a cylindrical member, a fastening element, and a fixing protruding element. The fastening element and the fixing protruding element are disposed on the cylindrical member which further has a first inner hole. The rotatable positioning means encloses the cylindrical member and includes a rotatable element, a second inner hole, a clasping member, and securing units. The clasping member is disposed on a side wall of the second inner hole and engages with the fastening element. The rotatable element is provided for rotating the rotatable positioning means, so that the fixing protruding element can be positioned on any corresponding securing unit. Therefore, an electrocautery rod can be connectedly moved with the operation handle, thereby reducing components of the electrocautery instrument, and thus the cost is reduced greatly.
