    Abstract: A powder supply apparatus includes a measuring shaft having a recess to be filled with powder, and a powder filling mechanism for filling the recess of the measuring shaft with the powder. The powder supply apparatus includes a rotary cylinder for sliding the measuring shaft along an axis of the measuring shaft, and a distal-end cover plate of a cylinder where the powder in the recess is leveled off by a slide of the measuring shaft. The rotary cylinder directs the recess downward by rotating the measuring shaft about the axis of the measuring shaft and supplies the leveled powder in the recess downward from the recess to a lifting plate at a predetermined position by dropping the powder.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an all-solid state secondary cell equipped with: a positive electrode collector; a negative electrode collector; and a powder laminate placed between the positive electrode collector and the negative electrode collector. The powder laminate has: a positive electrode powder layer; a negative electrode powder layer; and solid electrolyte layers that are placed between the positive electrode powder layer and the negative electrode powder layer, and also cover the outer periphery of the positive electrode powder layer and the negative electrode powder layer. The powder laminate comprises a peripheral edge part, and a center part surrounded by this peripheral edge part. The thickness of the peripheral edge part is the thickness of the center part or greater.

    Abstract: Provided is an installation for manufacturing an all-solid secondary battery provided with a powder laminate including stacked powder films. The manufacturing installation includes a mixer for mixing multiple kinds of powder materials and a conveying device for conveying a powder material mixed by the mixer. The manufacturing installation also includes an electrostatic film-forming device for forming the powder films from the powder material conveyed by the conveying device, by using at least an electrostatic force. In the manufacturing installation, a process of forming the powder laminate from the multiple kinds of powder materials is a dry process.

    Abstract: The present invention prevents edge collapse of an electrode layer of a laminated body included in an all-solid-state battery. A method of producing an all-solid-state battery includes: a laminated body forming step of forming a laminated body (310) including (i) a positive electrode layer (302), (ii) a negative electrode layer (304) having a polarity opposite of a polarity of the positive electrode layer (302); and (iii) a solid-electrolyte layer (303) disposed between the positive electrode layer (302) and the negative electrode layer (304); and a cutoff step of cutting off an outer peripheral edge of the laminated body (310) so as to form a laminated body containing a powder material.

    Abstract: An electrostatic screen printer includes: an electrically conductive screen arranged in non-contact with a printing medium; sponges for rubbing a powder into the screen; and a direct current power source for applying a voltage to the printing medium and the powder, wherein the powder rubbed into the screen is adhered to the printing medium by electrostatic induction. The electrostatic screen printer includes a rotation mechanism for rotating the sponges, a parent revolution mechanism for parent revolution of the sponges, and a child revolution mechanism for child revolution of the sponges. The revolution speed ratio of the child revolution to the parent revolution may preferably be 4.0 or greater, a scraper is provided on the parent revolution mechanism so as to be interlocked with the revolution of the sponges, and the scraper is arranged so as to scrape the powder on the screen toward an axis of the parent revolution
