    Abstract: A transfer system for diagnosing a vehicle is provided. The system includes a conveyor that moves the vehicle and a transfer unit that is disposed an input or an output side of the conveyor to move the vehicle into a diagnosing region for vehicle diagnosis. The transfer unit includes a guide rail disposed in both sides of the diagnosing region and a moving body disposed along the guide rail. Swing arms are rotatably connected with a forward and a rear side of the moving body and are concentrated inward to be disposed forward and rearward of a lower portion of a tire. Free rollers are rotatably disposed at each swing arm concentrated inward to clamp the tire. A swing arm driving unit provides a driving force so that the swing arms are concentrated inward or unfolded outward. A moving body moving unit moves the moving body along the guide rail.

    Abstract: A gap and height difference measurement module may include a mounting frame with a flange mounted on a first end thereof and a connecting frame mounted on a second end of the mounting frame, first and second housings mounted on both sides of the connecting frame respectively, a first light source mounted on a lower end of the first housing and emitting light onto the panels, a second light source mounted on a lower end of the second housing and emitting light onto the panels, first and second sensors respectively mounted on front ends of the first and second housings, and first and second filters that are respectively mounted to the first and second sensors so as to allow the first and second sensors to each extract straight-line elements from cross sections formed as the lights emitted from the first and second light are irradiated onto the panels.

    Abstract: A door regulation apparatus positions a door mounted in a freely rotatably state in a vehicle body at a reference position in a gap/step measuring process, makes a step of a preset portion of the door to zero, and includes: i) a frame installed outside of a vehicle body transfer line; ii) a moving member reciprocating in the frame through a driving unit; iii) a clamping unit installed in the moving member vacuum adsorbs a skin surface of the door; iv) a sensor installed in the clamping unit senses a vacuum pressure operating at the skin surface; v) a vision photographing unit installed in the moving member photographs a preset portion of the door; and iv) a control unit analyzes and processes a sensing signal from the sensor and vision data that acquires from the vision photographing unit to control the driving unit.

    Abstract: A transfer system for diagnosing a vehicle is provided.
