Abstract: An orthopedic prosthesis includes a joint replacement portion that has a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and a screw hole that extends through the joint replacement portion from the first side and through the second side. The prosthesis also includes a peg that extends from the second side and that has a concave relief surface that partially defines the screw hole.
