Abstract: Provided herein is a combination product comprising a methionine adenosyltransferase II alpha (MAT2A) inhibitor and a Type II protein arginine methyltransferase (Type II PRMT) inhibitor. The combination product is useful for the treatment of a variety of cancers, including solid tumors.
