Abstract:
The invention relates to a process of hydrodesulphuration of at least one gasoil cut implementing a catalyst containing, in its oxide form, at least one metal from group VIB and/or at least one metal from group VIII of the periodic table, present in the form of at least one polyoxometalate of the formula (HhXxMmOy)q−, said polyoxometalates being present within a mesostructured silicon oxide matrix having a pore size within the range 1.5 to 50 nm and having amorphous walls of thickness within the range 1 to 30 nm, the said catalyst being sulphured before being implemented in the said process.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of preparing a catalyst comprising a) preparation of a support comprising 0.2 to 30 wt % of zeolite NU-86 and from 70 to 99.8 wt % of a porous mineral matrix, the percentages by weight being expressed relative to the total weight of said support, b) impregnation of the support prepared according to step a) with at least one solution containing at least one precursor of at least one metal selected from group VIII metals and group VIB metals, used alone or as a mixture, c) at least one ripening step, and d) at least one drying step carried out at a temperature below 150° C., without a subsequent calcining step. The present invention also relates to a process for hydrocracking hydrocarbon feeds using the catalyst prepared according to the method of preparation according to the invention.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a catalyst comprising at least one metal selected from the group formed by metals of group VIB and of group VIII of the periodic table, used alone or as a mixture, and a support comprising at least one zeolite NU-86, at least one zeolite Y and at least one porous mineral matrix containing at least aluminum and/or at least silicon. The invention also relates to a process for hydrocracking of hydrocarbon feeds employing said catalyst.
Abstract:
A process for the hydrotreatment of a vacuum distillate type hydrocarbon feed containing nitrogen-containing compounds is described, comprising a first step in which the feed is brought into contact with a catalyst in its oxide form, then a second step in which the feed is brought into contact with a dried catalyst comprising at least one organic compound containing oxygen and/or nitrogen.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a process for the preparation of a catalyst starting from a pre-catalyst comprising at least one catalytic metal and a support, said pre-catalyst having undergone a heat treatment at at least 60° C. without calcining, in which process said pre-catalyst is impregnated with a basic solution having a pH of more than 7.5 and containing at least one molecule in the zwitterionic form, and the impregnated pre-catalyst is dried at a temperature of at most 240° C. without subsequent calcining. The molecule in the zeolite form is selected from the group formed by amino-alcohol acids containing secondary or tertiary amine groups and containing at least one carboxylic acid function (and preferably only one) and at least one alcohol function. It is bicine or tricine, for example. The invention also concerns the catalyst prepared using this process, and its use in hydrotreatment and/or hydroconversion.
