    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a gas-powered fastener-driving tool. In one embodiment, the tool includes a combustion or precombustion chamber a valve comprising a body that is mobile within the combustion or precombustion chamber between a first closed position and a second open position. The body defines two opposing orifices at longitudinal ends of the body. The orifices form part of a bore defined through the body that enables gas to pass through the valve. This makes it possible to limit the pressure drops as gas is being admitted to or exhausted from the chamber, thus making it possible to optimize the duration of the firing cycle of the tool.

    Abstract: A portable electric device comprising a cylinder in which at least one movable piston slides between a start position and an end position, said piston comprising a mechanism configured to come into contact with an element to be operated once the piston is in the end position or is between the start position and the end position.     Abstract: The present disclosure concerns a method and an electronic ignition control device of a combustion chamber of a gas-powered fixing tool designed to optimize the quality of the shooting of fixation elements by the tool. According to the principle of the present disclosure, the triggering of the ignition of the chamber to produce the shot is commanded on the condition that the time between the moment when the user places the tool against a work surface and the moment when he pulls on an actuation trigger of the tool is greater than a predefined delay time, to ensure an optimal filling of the combustion chamber with the combustible gas. According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the triggering of the ignition is enabled on the supplemental condition that a signal of medium ignition voltage is greater than a trigger threshold voltage.

    Abstract: A portable electric device comprising a cylinder in which at least one movable piston slides between a start position corresponding to the top of the cylinder and an end position corresponding to the bottom of the cylinder, said piston comprising a mechanism configured to come into contact with an element to be operated once the piston is in the end position or is between the start position and the end position.     Abstract: A power supply device for coils for a portable electric tool, said portable electric tool comprising a casing forming a cylinder in which a movable piston slides between a start position at the start of travel of the piston and an end position at the end of travel of the piston. More specifically, the power supply device comprises: at least one battery intended to supply power to the coils; a first, fixed coil located in the cylinder at the start of travel of the movable piston; a second, movable coil located facing the first, fixed coil and secured to the movable piston; and power supply routing mechanisms for the second, movable coil, these mechanisms being secured to the piston and intended to channel the power supply from the battery so as to supply power, preferably in series, to the first, fixed coil and the second, movable coil. Each power supply routing mechanism being configured to cooperate with one of two connectors, each of which is connected to one and the same terminal of the battery over at least a displacement distance (X) of the piston between the start position and the end position of the piston, said distance (X) being less than or equal to a distance (D) corresponding to the maximum distance travelled by the piston between the start position and the end position.
