Abstract: The present invention provides an X-ray needle module for local radiation therapy containing: an X-ray generating part supplied with external electric power; and an X-ray needle forming part which collects the X-rays generated by the X-ray generating part and extracts the collected X-rays into high-intensity short-wavelength parallel X-rays so as to form an X-ray needle. The X-ray needle forming part includes a housing with an entrance hole at one surface through which the X-rays generated by the X-ray generating part enter and an exit hole at another surface through which the X-ray needle exits, the X-ray needle, provided in the housing, which collects the X-rays generated by the X-ray generating part and forms the X-ray needle of the high-intensity short-wavelength parallel X-rays and a position controller, provided at a leading end of the X-ray mirror.

Abstract: A method for fabricating a chip size package having a metal runner capable of preventing split generation due to stress in a solder mask made of a polymer such as BCB. The disclosed method includes steps of forming a stress buffer layer on a semiconductor chip having a plurality of bonding pads to expose a bonding pad; applying negative type photoresist on the stress buffer layer; forming a photoresist pattern having a convex cross section and defining a metal runner formative region by exposing and developing the photoresist; forming a predetermined metal layer having a height similar to that of the photoresist pattern on the metal runner formative region; removing the photoresist pattern to form a metal runner being in contact with the bonding pads of the semiconductor chip and having a concave cross section; forming a solder mask to expose a ball land of the metal runner on the stress buffer layer including the metal runner; and adhering a solder ball on the exposed ball.

Abstract: A non-rotational CT system according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of X-ray generation units which are radially arranged by being spaced at certain intervals around an inspected object, and in which position correcting sensors are equipped on one side thereof; a plurality of X-ray detection units which are arranged in separated spaces between the X-ray generation units, are provided alternately with the X-ray generation units, and in which position correcting sensors are equipped on one side thereof;a control unit which receives signals from the position correcting sensors equipped in the X-ray generation units and the X-ray detection units, and adjusts the positions of each of the X-ray generation units and the X-ray detection units which face each other to precisely correspond with each other; a data processing unit which stores two-dimensional X-ray images obtained from the X-ray detection units, and applies an image interpolation technique to calculate two-dimensional X-ray images between two directions; and an image processing unit which converts data of the data processing unit into CT image data.

According to the present invention, the X-rays generated by the X-ray generating part may be collected using the X-ray mirror so as to form the high-intensity short-wavelength parallel X-rays. Then, the high-intensity short-wavelength parallel X-rays may serve as the X-ray needle and may be locally radiated to cancer tissue so as to minimize damage to healthy tissues in the human body. Further, since the X-rays generated by the X-ray generating part may be extracted into the high-intensity short-wavelength parallel X-rays using the X-ray mirror, a simplified structure and a competitive price may be achieved. Further, the X-ray needle module may be coupled to a robot structure so as to enable multiple degrees of freedom (DOF), thereby achieving greater precision and effectiveness in the treatment of cancer.
