Abstract: A method of managing distributed self-organizing network and base station is disclosed. The base station includes but not limited to a transmitter, a receiver, and a processor coupled to the transmitter and the receiver. The processor is configured at least to: create a management interface for receiving configuration information from surrounding base stations; subscribe the configuration information and store the configuration information into a table; receive, via the receiver through the management interface, the configuration information from a base station of the surrounding base stations; update the table based on the configuration information received from the base station of the surrounding base stations; and execute a distributed self-organizing network (DSON) algorithm comprising one of capacity and coverage optimization (CCO) algorithm, automatic neighbor relation (ANR) algorithm, and physical cell id (PCI) algorithm.

Abstract: A network management system and a method of automatic adjustment for a virtualized base station are provided. The method includes following steps. A user equipment (UE) information table is queried from a core network, and a first reserved resource of a first virtualized base station is queried, where the UE information table includes first location information and a first resource requirement corresponding to a first UE set. A second resource requirement corresponding to a second UE set is obtained from the UE information table based on the first location information and a default range. Whether the first reserved resource matches the second resource requirement is determined to generate a determination result. The first reserved resource of the first virtualized base station is expanded or reduced based on the determination result.

Abstract: A method for dynamically adjusting a broadcast area is provided. The method includes the following steps. Information of at least one target base station which subscribes a broadcast service is obtained. A broadcast service base station list corresponding to a broadcast area identification code is set to contain the at least one target base station. The broadcast area identification code corresponds to the broadcast service. A command for adding a new broadcast area identification code is selectively transmitted to the at least one target base station in the broadcast service base station list so that the at least one target base station records the broadcast area identification code to receive the broadcast service corresponding to the broadcast area identification code.
