Abstract: An inter-vehicle communication see-through warning method includes steps below. A first image is captured from a first field of view of a front vehicle and a second image is captured from a second field of view of a rear vehicle. One or more first objects are identified in the first image. One or more second objects are identified in the second image. In response to determining that the one or more first objects include one or more first risk objects, corresponding first risk object information is transmitted to the rear vehicle. One or more first target objects among the first risk objects that are not the second objects are marked in the displayed second image according to the first risk object information.

Abstract: A reciprocating concentration system includes: a gas output device, first and second liquid accommodating tanks, a selection device, first and second liquid sensors and a computing control device. The gas output device is controlled to output pushing gas through a first gas channel or a second gas channel. The first liquid accommodating tank is in communication with the first gas channel. The second liquid accommodating tank is in communication with the second gas channel. The selection device is in communication with the first liquid accommodating tank and the second liquid accommodating tank through a first liquid channel and a second liquid channel, respectively, and has a filtered liquid outlet. The first liquid sensor and the second liquid sensor are disposed at the first liquid channel and the second liquid channel, respectively. The computing control device is connected to the gas output device and the first and the second liquid sensors.

Abstract: A data processing method used in neural network computing is provided. During a training phase of a neural network model, a feedforward procedure based on a calibration data is performed to obtain distribution information of a feedforward result for at least one layer of the neural network model. During the training phase of the neural network model, a bit upper bound of a partial sum is generated based on the distribution information of the feedforward result. During an inference phase of the neural network model, a bit-number reducing process is performed on an original operation result of an input data and a weight for the neural network model according to the bit upper bound of the partial sum to obtain an adjusted operation result.

Abstract: A network management system and a method of automatic adjustment for a virtualized base station are provided. The method includes following steps. A user equipment (UE) information table is queried from a core network, and a first reserved resource of a first virtualized base station is queried, where the UE information table includes first location information and a first resource requirement corresponding to a first UE set. A second resource requirement corresponding to a second UE set is obtained from the UE information table based on the first location information and a default range. Whether the first reserved resource matches the second resource requirement is determined to generate a determination result. The first reserved resource of the first virtualized base station is expanded or reduced based on the determination result.

Abstract: A multi-chip integrated package design system includes a model analysis, a 3D model analysis and an electrical simulation. The model analysis obtains a pin connection mode of the designed circuit according to a designed circuit, obtains at least one conductive layer of the designed circuit according to a layer stackup, selects a transmission line model that meets the pin connection mode and at least one conductive layer, substitutes the layer stackup and a design rule into the selected transmission line model to generate an equivalent circuit, generates a corresponding relationship according to the equivalent circuit, and obtains the transmission line length corresponding to a parameter design target according to the corresponding relationship. The 3D model analysis constructs a 3D model of the designed circuit according to the obtained the transmission line length. The electrical simulation determines whether the characteristic parameter of the 3D model meets the parameter design target.

Abstract: A method for preparing an adjustable organic fertilizer is provided. The method includes providing a ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium required for a target crop and collecting a plurality of wastes. The method includes categorizing the fertilizer concentrations of the same type of feeding substrates within the wastes separately, and adjusting the composition of the categorized wastes to form a composite feeding substrate according to the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium required for the target crop. The method includes subjecting the composite feeding substrate to an anaerobic fermentation process. The anaerobic fermentation process includes introducing the composite feeding substrate into an acidification tank to obtain a first mixture and introducing the first mixture into a methanogenesis tank to obtain a second mixture. The method further includes separating the second mixture to obtain liquid digestate and solid digestate, wherein the solid digestate serves as an organic fertilizer.

Abstract: An abnormal detection circuit is provided. The abnormal detection circuit includes a conversion circuit, a voltage detection circuit, and a warning circuit. The conversion circuit receives a three-phase alternating current (AC) power and converts the three-phase AC power into a driving power. The voltage detection circuit detects each phase of the three-phase AC power. When a voltage value of at least one phase AC power of the three-phase AC power is abnormal, the voltage detection circuit uses the driving power to output at least one control signal corresponding to the abnormality. The warning circuit is driven by receiving the driving power and outputs at least one warning signal corresponding to the abnormality in response to the at least one control signal.
