Abstract: Methods for displaying customer or remote party information based on location data are provided. In one example, a method includes the steps of receiving a phone call via a mobile phone and receiving location information via the mobile phone. A customer associated with the location information is determined, the phone call is routed to a contact center agent, and customer information associated with the customer is displayed in a graphical user interface.
