Abstract: A sliding door horizontally displaceable between two building wall elements includes a door leaf support frame with an attached door leaf, whereby a distance, perpendicular to a displacement direction of the support frame, between the door leaf and the support frame is changeable between an open position of the door leaf between the wall elements and a closed position of the door leaf in a door opening of one of the wall elements with outer surfaces of the door leaf and wall in alignment. A control element is movable in the displacement direction relative to the support frame and cooperates with a closing edge of the opening to increase and decrease the distance between the door leaf and the door leaf support frame during the closing and opening respectively in a region adjacent the closing edge.

Abstract: A sliding-door system includes a sliding door, a door frame, and a locking system, wherein in a locked state, a first latch engages in an engagement notch of an anchor body locking the sliding door, and a bolt engages on the anchor body in an engagement region to prevent the anchor body from rotating about a rotational axis. An actuator moves the bolt out of the engagement region to switch the locking system from the locked state into an open state by rotating the anchor body about the rotational axis. A locking system emergency opening function is actuated by applying an emergency activation force to a first door leaf to move a lock substantially perpendicular to a surface of the first door leaf such that the engagement notch is slid out of the engagement region to enable the sliding door to open.

Abstract: A sliding door system includes a sliding door having a first door leaf, a second door leaf and a pivoting mechanism, and a housing for installing into a building wall. The sliding door mounted in the housing is displaceable beyond opposed first and second door openings of the housing. The pivoting mechanism converts a displacement movement of the sliding door into a pivoting movement of the first and second door leaves so that the first and second door leaves expose the first and second door openings respectively in a first position of the sliding door and close the openings in a second position of the sliding door. Deactivating the pivoting mechanism allows the sliding door to be moved beyond the door openings into a third position to service a component of the sliding door and/or to remove the sliding door the first and/or second door opening.

Abstract: A building door system has operating and wayfinding devices, wherein each of the operating and wayfinding devices is assigned to a respective single-door system and can be connected to one another for communication with a communications network. Each operating and wayfinding device has a storage device storing an identifier, a control and processing device, a recognition device for detecting a credential of a person, and a display device, which has a user interface facing outdoors. When an invalid credential for the single-door system is detected, the control and processing device generates a request signal containing data of the credential and the individual identifier and feeds this into the communications network. The control and processing device receives a response signal via the communications network, extracts wayfinding information contained in the response signal and assigned to the credential, and activates the display device to display the wayfinding information on the user interface.
