Abstract: A method and system is presented for the creation, delivery, processing, and overall management of surveys across and on sites and applications that display online and mobile content that is tracked using an audience validation system. Improvements on the functionality of an audience validation system include creating a marketplace for content and application publishers to make their audiences available for general market research surveys. In one embodiment, the system significantly reduces the overheads involved in market research for all parties concerned including publishers, the consumers of the publishers' content, and market researchers wishing to survey the consumers of the publishers' content. In one embodiment the invention affords both publishers and marketers access to self-service portals to make their audiences available and to survey them respectively. Other embodiments afford a number of optimizations that minimize survey fatigue among potential survey respondents and minimize the repetition of both surveys and individual questions being presented to individual users through the use of cached answers.

Abstract: A display device for an inside surface of a cooler door has a frame with a front panel and opposed first and second side panels. A top tube is mounted between the first and second side panels behind the front panel of the frame. A display scroll entrained about the top tube forms a top loop and a bottom loop. A bottom tube with opposed end flanges rides in the bottom loop of the display scroll with the end flanges retaining the bottom tube in the bottom loop. As the scroll is rotated about the tubes via a motor, a display graphic on the scroll moves to attract the attention of potential consumers.

Abstract: A water treatment system is disclosed having electrolytic cell for liberating hydrogen from a base solution. The base solution may be a solution of brine for generating sodium hypochlorite, or potable water to be oxidized. The cell has first and second opposing electrode endplates held apart from each other by a pair of supports such that the supports enclose opposing sides of the endplates to form a cell chamber. One or more inner electrode plates are spaced apart from each other in the cell chamber in between the first and second electrode plates. The supports are configured to electrically isolate the first and second electrode plates and the inner electrode plates from each other. The first and second electrode plates are configured to receive opposite polarity charges that passively charge the inner electrode plates via conduction from the base solution to form a chemical reaction in the base solution as the base solution passes through the cell chamber.

Abstract: A steering gear assembly includes a pinion defining a pinion axis and a rack defining a rack axis. A bearing assembly includes a roller bearing biased against the rack to generate a normal force pressing the rack into engagement with the pinion. The bearing assembly engages an outer surface of the rack at two points circumferentially spanning a large angle to provide improved support. The roller bearing is preferably a plurality of ball bearings engaging an outer race. A deformable member may be utilized that is positioned between the outer race and the rack housing. The deformable member may comprise a series of O-rings which providing a force biasing the outer race towards the pinion.

Abstract: A shelf device for mounting on an inside surface of a cooler door comprises a bottom panel and left and right mounting flanges connected to the bottom panel along left and right side edge portions thereof. Each flange has a pair of openings therein vertically spaced from one another and adapted to mount and support the shelf device. A partition panel is connected to the bottom panel and divides the bottom panel into a plurality of compartments.
