Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a shape supporting support material which can be efficiently removed after molding in addition manufacturing and an active energy ray-curable resin composition used for forming the support material. An active energy ray-curable resin composition containing the ionic monomer (A), the nonionic water-soluble monomer (B), the nonpolymerizable compound (C), and the photopolymerization initiator (D), and/or the polyfunctional monomer (E) is used. The support material can be thereby efficiently removed from the formed roughly modeled product. Furthermore, a three-dimensional modeled product having a non-contaminated surface and high molding accuracy can be obtained.

Abstract: A photo-curable resin composition for three-dimensional molding which does not require a support material is provided and can be cured by light irradiation while being extruded from a nozzle through a simple FDM method to be stacked and molded in a short period of time. Abstract: Coating compositions including 0.5 to 30.0% by mass of acrylic polymers (A) and 70.0 to 99.5% by mass of polymerizable compounds (B) are provided. The acrylic polymers (A) contain a branched alkyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms and/or a branched or unbranched alkenyl group having 3 to 20 carbon atoms in the side chain. The coating compositions can form non-adhesive coating layers with good adhesion to various resinous base materials excellent surface hardness, tack resistance, bending resistance, scratch resistance, shrinkage resistance and moisture heat resistance. Abstract: A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded product capable of performing support at high accuracy using a support material having sufficient hardness and rigidity, capable of removing the support material efficiently after molding, and requiring no finishing step in manufacturing a three-dimensional molded product by an inkjet optical molding method, and a three-dimensional molded product manufactured by this method. A roughly molded product formed from a model material forming a molded product and a support material supporting the shape of the model material during molding is immersed in a washing liquid. The support material swells at a swelling ratio of 10% or more, and is thereby peeled from an interface with the model material having a swelling ratio of 1% or less. Then, the support material is easily and completely removed without applying an external force. Furthermore, a three-dimensional molded product can be manufactured with high accuracy and high efficiency.
