A communication system is provided. The communication system includes a communication device receiving a state signal from at least one remote terminal unit (RTU), generating signal quality data for the state signal, and transmitting, to a control device, the generated signal quality data and the received state signal. The control device generates state estimation data for each of the at least one RTU on a basis of the state signal received from the communication device, corrects the signal quality data transmitted from the communication device according to at least one preset condition, and changes the generated state estimation data on a basis of the corrected signal quality data and the received state signal.

A communication system is provided. The communication system includes a plurality of remote terminal units (RTUs) outputting a state signal. The communication system includes a communication device receiving the output state signal from each of the plurality of RTUs and generating signal quality information, which is quality information on the received state signal. The communication system includes a control device obtaining the signal quality information and the state signal, determining at least one RTU among the plurality of RTUs as a load according to a preset condition in response to the obtained signal quality information, and generating system analysis information on the plurality of RTUs, which includes the at least one RTU determined as the load, on the basis of the state signal.

The method includes determining whether states of at least one circuit breaker and at least one disconnecting switch included in at least one station are consistent with each other based on data received from at least one remote control apparatus including the at least one station; assigning a weight to a corresponding circuit breaker and a corresponding disconnecting switch and the station including the corresponding circuit breaker and the corresponding disconnecting switch when the determination result represents that the states of the circuit breaker and the disconnecting switch are inconsistent with each other; creating alarm information notifying a malfunction of the corresponding circuit breaker and the corresponding disconnecting switch when an accumulated weight value is equal to or greater than a preset reference weight value; and outputting an alarm corresponding to the alarm information.

The integrated interface system includes an input and output (I/O) interface unit 220 performing data transmission to and reception from the external data source system; and a data exchange unit exchanging data by using the naming of a fixed electrical bus number for data exchange between a power-system monitoring and control system and the external data source system having a DB different from the power-system monitoring and control system.
