    Abstract: A filtration and purification device includes a main body and one or more filtration passage layer. A plurality of purification chambers is disposed in the filtration passage layer. Each of the purification chambers has a flow-guiding unit, a filtration unit, a gas sensor, and an outlet valve. The flow-guiding unit introduces the gas into the purification chamber, the filtration unit filters the gas, and the gas sensor determines that if the filtered gas reaches a threshold for breathing so as to determine to open the outlet valve to discharge the gas out of the filtration and purification device.

    Abstract: A nasal-plug filter device including a device body, a filter, a first actuator, a second actuator, and a gas sensor is provided. The device body has a ventilating channel, and the ventilating channel has an inlet end and an outlet end. The filter is disposed at the outlet end. The first actuator is disposed at the inlet end for being driven to transmit gas outside the device body into the device body. The second actuator is stacked on and bonded to the first actuator, and the second actuator is driven to transmit the gas transmitted by the first actuator to the filter to be filtered and purified. The gas sensor is disposed at the outlet end. A connection element may be provided for connecting two nasal-plug filter devices with each other.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric actuator includes a square suspension plate, an outer frame, a plurality of brackets and a square piezoelectric ceramic plate. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate. A second surface of the outer frame and a second surface of the suspension plate are coplanar with each other. Each of the plurality of brackets has two ends, a first end is perpendicular to and connected with the suspension plate, and a second end is perpendicular to and connected with the outer frame for elastically supporting the suspension plate. Each bracket has a length in a range between 1.22 mm and 1.45 mm and a width in a range between 0.2 mm and 0.6 mm. A length of the piezoelectric ceramic plate is not larger than a length of the suspension plate. The piezoelectric ceramic plate is attached on a first surface of the suspension plate.

    Abstract: A micro detecting device includes a flying main body, at least one fluid actuation system, an image capture system and a controller. The fluid actuation system is disposed within the flying main body and includes a driving module, a flow guiding channel, a convergence chamber, plural valves and a fluid discharging zone. The driving module is consisting of plural flow guiding units for transporting fluid. The flow guiding channel includes plural diverge channels which are in fluid communication with plural connection channels.     Abstract: A portable gas detecting device includes at least one detecting chamber, at least one gas sensor and at least one actuator. The gas sensor is disposed in the detecting chamber and configured for monitoring gas inside the detecting chamber. The actuator is disposed in the detecting chamber and includes a piezoelectric actuator. When an actuating signal is applied to the piezoelectric actuator and the piezoelectric actuator generates a resonance effect, the gas outside the detecting chamber is introduced into the detecting chamber for sampling. The actuator is driven by an instantaneous sampling pulse to control a trace of gas to flow into the detecting chamber for forming a stable airflow environment. In the stable airflow environment, a gas molecule is dissolved in or bonded to a reaction material on a surface of the gas sensor for reacting.

    Abstract: A MEMS pump includes a first substrate, a first oxide layer, a second substrate, a second oxide layer, a third substrate and a piezoelectric element sequentially stacked to form a modular structure. The first substrate has an inlet aperture. The first oxide layer has at least one fluid inlet channel and a convergence chamber.     Abstract: A blood pressure detection device manufactured by a semiconductor process includes a substrate, a microelectromechanical element, a gas-pressure-sensing element, a driving-chip element, an encapsulation layer and a valve layer. The substrate includes inlet apertures. The microelectromechanical element and the gas-pressure-sensing element are stacked and integrally formed on the substrate. The encapsulation layer is encapsulated and positioned on the substrate. A flowing-channel space is formed above the microelectromechanical element and the gas-pressure-sensing element. The encapsulation layer includes an outlet aperture in communication with an airbag. The driving-chip element controls the microelectromechanical element, the gas-pressure-sensing element and valve units to transport gas. The gas is introduced into the flowing-channel space through the inlet apertures and transported into the airbag through the outlet aperture, to inflate the airbag for blood pressure measurement, and a detection datum of blood pressure outputted by the gas-pressure-sensing element is transmitted to the microprocessor to calculate.
