    Abstract: An antenna module, comprising: a first radiating element having a flat plate shape; a second radiating element having a flat plate-shape, disposed at a position different from a position of the first radiating element in a direction normal to the first radiating element, and having a resonant frequency different from a resonant frequency of the first radiating element; and a first feed line extending from a feed circuit, passing through the second radiating element, and configured to transmit a radio frequency signal to the first radiating element, wherein the first feed line includes, at a position different from a position of the second radiating element in a path from the feed circuit to the first radiating element, a shift region extending in a direction orthogonal to the direction normal to the first radiating element.

    Abstract: A film that includes two-dimensional particles having one or plural layers, and N-methylformamide. The one or plural layers include a layer body represented by: MmXn wherein “M” is at least one Group 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7 metal, “X” is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, or a combination thereof, “n” is 1 to 4, and “m”>“n” and “m”≤5; and at least one modifier or terminal “T” is present on a surface of the layer body, wherein each “T” is a hydroxyl group, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, an oxygen atom, or a hydrogen atom. The N-methylformamide is disposed between two adjacent layers of the one or plural layers, and a content of the N-methylformamide in the film is 0.104 mol or more with respect to 1 mol of MmXn.

    Abstract: An antenna substrate includes a flat section where a radiating element is disposed, a flexible section disposed adjacent to the flat section, a first electrical conductor having one end portion connected to the radiating element inside the flat section, and a second electrical conductor having one end portion connected to the other end portion of the electrical conductor inside the flexible section. The average or median grain size in the extension direction of the first electrical conductor is larger than the average or median grain size in the extension direction of the second electrical conductor, and the average or median aspect ratio of the electrical conductor is larger than the average or median aspect ratio of the electrical conductor.

    Abstract: An antenna module includes a dielectric layer in a form of a flat plate, a ground electrode, a radiating element, and a wiring cable. The ground electrode is arranged on a lower surface of the dielectric layer. The radiating element is arranged on an upper surface of the dielectric layer as being opposed to the ground electrode. The wiring cable faces a side surface of the dielectric layer, and includes a ground electrode and a power feeder line that conveys a radio frequency signal to the radiating element. The wiring cable is smaller in thickness than the dielectric layer. The power feeder line and the ground electrode are electrically connected to the radiating element and the ground electrode, respectively. The ground electrode is arranged at a position different from a position of the ground electrode in a direction of thickness of the dielectric layer.
