    Abstract: A heater member (1a) includes a support (10), a heating element (20), and at least one pair of power supply electrodes (30). The support (10) is made of an organic polymer and has a sheet shape. The heating element (20) is made of a polycrystalline material containing indium oxide as a main component and in contact with one principal surface of the support (10). The power supply electrodes (30) are in contact with one principal surface of the heating element (20). The heating element (20) has a sheet resistance in the range from 10 to 150 Ω/sq. The heating element (20) has a thickness of more than 20 nm and not more than 200 nm. The internal stress of the heating element (20) as measured by an X-ray stress measurement method is 500 MPa or less.

    Abstract: Provided is the following film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape in which a non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on a base material film. In the case where dicing or the like is performed by performing adsorption fixation to a fixing base with a negative pressure, the occurrence of excessive close adhesion due to, for example, the heat generation of the base can be effectively suppressed. In addition, the non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the base material film, and hence blocking in a roll shape is effectively suppressed, the film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape does not tear or break upon its unwinding from the roll shape, conformity between the non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the base material film is good, and followability to a deformation such as stretching is good. Also provided is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape including such film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. The film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is a film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, including a non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of a plastic film, in which: the non-pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a mixed layer of a silicone and a (meth)acrylic polymer; and the (meth)acrylic polymer has a calculated Tg of 10° C. or more.
