    Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for network-assisted signaling for uplink digital pre-distortion (DPD). A gNB may use an uplink reference signal (RS) to measure a user equipment's (UE's) power amplifier (PA) nonlinearity, where the UE may transmit its UE-specific RS with maximum transmit (Tx) power at a PA measurement window in the uplink. The gNB may train an artificial intelligence-based model to approximate the pre-distortion function (with PA parameters). The gNB may signal DPD-related information, and the UE may determine (and adjust) its DPD function based on the gNB signalling.

    Abstract: An out of coverage (OoC) user equipment (UE), of a wireless communications system, includes memory storing computer-executable instructions; and a processor configured to execute the computer-executable instructions, wherein the computer-executable instructions include receiving, at the OoC UE, first sidelink (SL) synchronization signaling from each of one or more neighboring UEs from among a plurality of neighboring UEs; and determining, by the OoC UE, whether to transmit a second SL synchronization signaling, based on the received first SL synchronization signaling, wherein the determining includes, generating at least one adjusted transmission determination value by adjusting at least one of, a synchronization transmission threshold, or signal powers of the one or more neighboring UEs, and determining whether to transmit the second SL synchronization signaling based on the adjusted transmission determination value.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, device, apparatus and computer readable medium for sidelink positioning. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a second device transmits information related to sidelink positioning to a first device. The information indicates that the second device is able to assist with the sidelink positioning and comprises assistance information for the sidelink positioning.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of retransmission of sidelink positioning reference signal (PRS). The method comprises transmitting, to a second device, a first sidelink reference signal associated with a positioning or ranging procedure of the first device; and receiving, from the second device, a second sidelink reference signal associated with the positioning or ranging procedure, the second sidelink reference signal comprising information indicating whether the first sidelink reference signal needs to be retransmitted. In this way, the retransmission of the sidelink PRS can be triggered without extra resource consumption and a fast RTT estimation for sidelink ranging and positioning can be achieved.

    Abstract: Various communication systems may benefit from improved sounding reference symbol sounding techniques. An apparatus may comprise at least one memory comprising computer program code and at least one processor. The at least one memory and the computer program code are configured, with the at least one processor, to cause the apparatus at least to precode at least one uplink sounding reference symbol based upon at least one initial rank indicator and at least one first vector/matrix received from a network entity. The apparatus further transforms the first vector/matrix and a second vector matrix received from the network entity into a third vector/matrix based upon a final rank indicator received from the network entity. The apparatus further transmits data based upon the third vector/matrix.
