Abstract:
The present invention relates to controlled cooling in manufacture of steel plate, and in particular, to an on-line cooling system for controlled rolling with an inter-pass cooling process, which comprises a rolling mill and on-line cooling equipment. The cooling equipment is accessorily arranged on the exit of the rolling mill, so that the rolling mill and the cooling equipment are combined. One rolling mill and one set of on-line cooling equipment are considered a cooling group, and several such groups are connected in series, so the steel plate can be cooled in any rolling pass. In this invention, both the cooling system and the water supply system are arranged on the main frame, and the rolling process and the cooling process are synchronized by using inter-pass cooling. Consequently, satisfied rolling effect in the condition of a temperature gradient along the thickness direction, grain refinement at the surface and drastic strength improvement without sacrificing toughness are achieved. Besides, better quality of the plate center region is obtained, double bulging is avoided and the yield of steel plate is improved due to the higher deformation permeability.

Heat treatment equipment for metal plate strips, and a roller quenching flow zone control device for metal plate strips. The device includes a middle water diversion ring sleeve and edge water diversion ring sleeves; the middle water diversion ring sleeve is installed at the middle processing groove in a slit nozzle rear spiral roller and a high-density nozzle rear spiral roller in a high-pressure cooling section of a roller quenching machine; and the edge water diversion ring sleeves are installed at the processing grooves in ¼ and ¾ positions in the width direction of the slit nozzle rear spiral roller in the high-pressure cooling section of the roller quenching machine. This can effectively realize uniform distribution of cooling water on the surface of the plate strip, reduce the phenomenon of local non-uniform cooling caused by siltation of cooling water.

The present invention belongs to the field of heat treatment for metal plate strips, and discloses a water spray system for heat treatment of metal plate strips and a control method. The system comprises a shunt water collector, sub-water supply pipelines, a control valve group and a control system. The control method comprises a water pressure regulating method and a water flow regulating method. The shunt water collector adopts multi-pipeline uniform flow design and realizes uniform shunt and constant pressure water supply. The sub-water supply pipelines are designed with three configuration modes of a control valve group in accordance with varieties and specifications of metal plate strips, rhythms of production and heat treatment technologies to realize dual closed-loop control of water pressure-water flow.

An ultrahigh-strength ultrahigh-toughness and low-density dual-phase lamellar steel plate is disclosed. The steel plate comprises the following alloy components in percentage by mass: 0.200-0.320% of C, 0.600-2.000% of Mn, 0.200-0.600% of Si, 2.000-4.000% of Al, 0.300-1.200% of Ni, 0.001-0.005% of B, P not greater than 0.012%, S not greater than 0.005%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The steel plate consists of dual phases of ferrites and martensites, the ferrites are high-temperature delta ferrites, the martensites are lath martensites, the delta ferrites are distributed in the lath martensites in a lamellar mode. The steel plate has excellent mechanical properties, for example, the yield strength in the rolling direction is not less than 1000 MPa, the tensile strength is not less than 1600 MPa, the elongation is not less than 8.0%, and the average value of Charpy V-Notch impact energy at −40° C. is not less than 350J.
