    Abstract: To provide a manufacturing method for a peeling member in which a non-adhesive resin film formed by fluororesin resin or the like is adhered to a metal plate, the method capable of manufacturing the peeling member which can prevent adhesion of a paper right after fixing for a long period of time with high productivity and without variations in quality. The manufacturing method for the peeling member provided with a peeling sheet 1a formed by a metal plate 2 and a non-adhesive resin film 4 adhered to the metal plate 2, the manufacturing method including a groove forming step of forming a pattern portion 5 formed by a plurality of recessed grooves on at least apart of a paper passing side surface of the non-adhesive resin film 4 along a longitudinal direction of the non-adhesive resin film 4 before the non-adhesive resin film 4 is adhered to the metal plate 2, and a film adhering step of adhering the non-adhesive resin film 4 obtained in the groove forming step such that the pattern portion 5 is arranged along at least a longitudinal direction of the distal end portion 2a of the paper passing side surface of the metal plate 2.

    Abstract: A tripod type constant-velocity joint is provided through which a driving shaft is coupled to a driven shaft. The joint includes two outer rings connected to the driving shaft and the driven shaft, respectively, and a tripod member through which the outer rings are coupled together. Each of the outer rings has an inner periphery formed with three axially extending track grooves arranged at angular intervals of 120 degrees. The tripod member has two axial ends each formed with three protrusions axially slidably received in the respective track grooves of the corresponding one of the outer rings, whereby torque around an axis is transmitted between the respective outer rings and the tripod member. The joint can thus cope with a larger angle and/or offset between the axis of the driving shaft and the axis of the driven shaft.

    Abstract: To provide a non-oil-impregnated sliding bearing having superior low friction capable of suppressing an increase of a shaft temperature in a continuous use, and a bearing apparatus and an image forming apparatus provided with the sliding bearing. Sliding bearings 5a to 5c support rotation shafts on cylinder inner surface in a rotatable manner. Each of the sliding bearings 5a to 5c is formed of a molded member of a non-oil-impregnated resin composition that does not contain oil. The resin composition contains an injection-moldable ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin as a base resin, a polytetrafluoroethylene resin as an additive, and an acicular inorganic filler having Mohs hardness of 3 or less. The resin composition contains 65 vol % or more of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin, 5-25 vol % of the polytetrafluoroethylene resin, and 1-20 vol % of the acicular inorganic filler, based on the whole of the resin composition.

    Abstract: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for a peeling member capable of manufacturing the peeling member having less variation in quality and excellent durability for long-time use at a low cost with excellent productivity by a simple structure. The manufacturing method for the peeling member includes sticking a non-adhesive resin film. In sticking the non-adhesive resin film, a distal end edge 2b of a distal end portion 2a of a base material 2 is arranged at a side of an adhesive layer of a non-adhesive resin film 4 such that an end portion of the non-adhesive resin film 4 is protruded from the distal end edge 2b, and then the non-adhesive resin film 4 is stuck on both surfaces of the distal end portion 2a of a base material 2 to wrap the distal end edge 2b of the base material 2 by pressing a plurality rollers 21 to 25 sequentially onto the non-adhesive resin film 4 from an one side end portion toward an another side end portion in a longitudinal direction of the base material 2.

    Abstract: To provide a peeling member formed by a metal plate or the like having a resin coating film thereon, the peeling member being capable of preventing adhesion of a paper right after fixing for a long period of time, and to provide a manufacturing method for the peeling member capable of forming a fine recessed portion on a surface of the resin coating film for preventing the adhesion of the paper. A peeling member 1 includes a peeling sheet 1a comprising a base material 2 having a plate shape, and a resin coating film 4 formed on at least a surface of the base material 2 at a paper passing side. The peeling member is formed to peel a paper from a fixing member of an electronic photographic device by arranging a distal end portion 1c to be contacted with or close to the fixing member. The resin coating film 4 includes a pattern portion 5 formed of grooves 5a, which are a plurality of recessed portions, on a surface of the resin coating film 4 at the paper passing side. A recess is not formed on the base material 2 as a base part of the recessed portion, and the pattern portion 5 is formed after applying and drying a resin coating material and before baking the resin coating material.

    Abstract: To provide a peeling member capable of suppressing a waving phenomenon of a peeling sheet, contacting linearly with a roller sufficiently, preventing deformation due to jamming of a paper and showing excellent paper peeling performance, and to provide a peeling device provided with the peeling member . The peeling member includes a peeling sheet 10 that peels a paper from a fixing roller 6 of an electronic photographic device. The peeling sheet 10 is formed of one metal plate, the peeling sheet 10 including a peeling portion 2 that forms the distal end portion, and a support potion 3 that is thicker than the peeling portion 2. The peeling portion 2 is arranged at one long side of the metal plate such that a paper passing surface 2b of the peeling portion 2 is formed as a flat surface continued to a surface of the support portion 3 and an opposite paper passing surface of the peeling portion 2 is formed as an inclined surface 2c inclined against the paper passing surface 2b such that a thickness of the peeling portion 2 is increased from a most distal end portion 2a of the peeling portion 2 toward a boundary portion 2d the peeling portion 2 and the support portion 3. The inclined surface 2c is arranged at a side of the fixing roller 6. A distance D1 between the most distal end portion 2a and the roller and a distance D2 between the boundary portion 2d and the roller fulfil a relation of D1≤D2≤5×D1.
