Abstract: The invention relates to a large-scale three-dimensional physical simulation test system for the whole development process of deep engineering rock burst. A CO2 blast cracking device, a dynamic fiber grating and ultrasonic probes are pre-embedded in a physical model sample of similar materials. Acoustic emission probes are pre-mounted on the boundary of a sample. A tunnel excavated in the sample is provided with a three-way acceleration sensor and an industrial endoscope. A sample 3D printer and a drop hammer impact device are arranged outside the three-dimensional static stress loading device. A hydraulic oil source and a controller are arranged outside the three-dimensional static stress loading device and mounted on the ground. The controller is connected with a computer.

Abstract: A double-layer concentric loading frame structure suitable for a true triaxial testing machine includes an inner-layer frame, an outer-layer frame and a base. A square slot hole is formed in a middle part of the inner-layer frame. The inner-layer frame is mounted on the base through a support platform. Actuators are mounted at a top end and a bottom end of the inner-layer frame. The outer-layer frame sleeves the inner-layer frame concentrically. Four actuators are distributed on an outer periphery of the outer-layer frame. A support plate is mounted at the top end of the inner-layer frame, and two lifting driving cylinders are mounted on the support plate. Piston rods of the lifting driving cylinders extend below the support plate and are connected to an upper surface of the outer-layer frame. A guide post is mounted on the upper surface of the outer-layer frame and extends above the support plate.

Abstract: Provided is a test system for hard rock breaking by a microwave intelligent loading based on true triaxial stress, including: a true triaxial stress loading device consisting of a loading frame and a rock sample moving structure; a microwave-induced hard rock breaking device consisting of an excitation cavity, a rectangular waveguide, a magnetron, a thermocouple, a circulator, a cold water circulation device, a flowmeter, a power meter, an automatic impedance tuner, a coupler, a microwave heater and a shielding cavity; and a dynamic rock response monitoring and intelligent microwave parameter control system consisting of a CCD industrial camera, a temperature acquisition device and an anti-electromagnetic high-temperature resistant acoustic wave-acoustic emission integrated sensor. According to the test system, the microwave-induced hard rock breaking test, dynamic monitoring temperature and rock breaking in microwave-induced breaking process and intelligent control over microwave power and heating time are achieved.

Abstract: Provided is an intelligent 3D printing method for a large 3D deep complex engineering geological model, including the steps of firstly, determining physical and mechanical parameters of the similar materials of the intact rock mass and the rock mass structure, and selecting a cementing agent; performing a small-scale 3D printing test at different material ratios and 3D printing parameters; determining the 3D printing similar material ratios and the 3D printing parameters; establishing a 3D digital model, planning printing paths, and determining pore diameters, number and combination form of the print heads; conveying the similar materials to the print heads; under the control of a 3D printing intelligent coupling control system, running each print head according to the planned and generated printing paths to complete printing; and finally, testing a printing effect of the model.

Abstract: The invention provides a multi-functional true triaxial shear test device and method for hard rocks, the device comprises a hydraulic system, a left-end combination tangential loading oil cylinder, a right-end combination tangential loading oil cylinder, a front-end combination lateral loading oil cylinder, a rear-end combination lateral loading oil cylinder, an upper normal loading oil cylinder, a lower normal loading oil cylinder, an annular framework, a lateral auxiliary push-and-pull framework, an annular framework support platform, a horizontal support platform and a test chamber. The stiffness of the device is improved, and besides, a total section stress covering loading manner of the rock samples in a shear process is guaranteed. Through improving a temperature reduction manner of front ends of the oil cylinders, the situation that high temperature does not enable the temperature of hydraulic oil in the oil cylinders to rise to affect normal motion of the actuator can be guaranteed.

Abstract: A large-scale three-dimensional physical model test system for a deep cavern group comprises a base, an anti-deformation prestressed loading frame assembly, a load applying assembly, a model sample preparation and transportation assembly and a multifunctional hydraulic loading system assembly. The anti-deformation prestressed loading frame assembly and the model sample preparation and transportation assembly are both arranged on the base. The load applying assembly is arranged on the anti-deformation prestressed loading frame assembly, and the load applying assembly is connected with the multifunctional hydraulic loading system assembly. A model sample is subjected to long-time load holding, dynamic disturbance and displacement control overload under multi-surface multi-point cooperative control through cooperation between the load applying assembly and the multifunctional hydraulic loading system assembly.
