Provided is a method for obtaining a cooking vessel having the following steps: producing a bowl having an outer face made of aluminum and an inner face, carrying out hard anodization of at least the outer face of the bowl. According to the method, at least one coloring step is carried out on the anodized outer face after hard anodization, said coloring step employing at least one water-soluble inorganic pigment. Also provided is a culinary article or an electric cooking appliance comprising a cooking vessel obtained by the above method.

The present invention relates to a method for obtaining an item of cookware, comprising the following steps of: producing or providing a blank from a textured sheet of stainless steel having at least one textured face, stamping the blank in order to form a cap (2) having an inner face (3) and an outer face (4), the outer face (4) having parts in relief corresponding to the textured face of the blank, optionally, partially covering the outer face (4) of the cap (2), carrying out a mechanical finishing treatment of the free surface of the outer face (4) of the cap (2) in order to expose the stainless steel at the parts in relief of the free surface of the outer face (4) of the cap (2). The present invention also relates to an item of cookware comprising a stamped cap (2) made of stainless steel having an inner face (3) and an outer face (4), wherein the outer face (4) of the cap (2) has a textured free surface (5).

Provided is a food cooking surface for a cookware item or an electrical household cooking appliance, consisting of a deposit of nitride of metal elements on a substrate, the metal elements of the deposit comprising one or more X transition metal(s) and aluminium. The production of the deposit comprises a nitridation step in arder to obtain a coating of type (X,Al)N. According to the invention, the (X,Al)N-type coating is a coating of nitride(s) of the one or more X transition metal(s), enriched with aluminium, in which niobium and/or zirconium is/are make up the most part of the X transition metal(s), the atomic ratio of aluminium in the metal elements of the deposit being at least equal to 20%. Also provided are cookware items and electrical household appliances intended for the cooking of food, comprising the above-mentioned type of cooking surface.
