Abstract: According to an aspect of the present invention, a gas measurement apparatus includes a measurement controller (6), a spectrum generator (72), a processing unit (73), and a result obtaining unit (74). The measurement controller (6) controls the apparatus so that a laser-light source (1) causes laser light to be incident to an optical resonator (4) and a wavelength of the laser light is scanned within a predetermined wavelength range, the range including an absorption peak of a target component, thereby performing a CRDS measurement. The spectrum generator (72) generates an absorption spectrum based on data obtained at each wavelength within a predetermined wavelength range. The processing unit (73) approximates a waveform shape of the absorption peak of the target component in the absorption spectrum with a polynomial and acquires a coefficient of a term of a predetermined degree in the polynomial. The result obtaining unit (74) obtains absorption intensity from the coefficient, based on predetermined reference information indicating a correspondence relation between a coefficient of the term of the predetermined degree and the absorption intensity.

Abstract: The gas absorption spectroscopic measurement device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a laser irradiation unit (1); and optical resonator (2), and a first detection unit (3) for detecting light taken out of the optical resonator (2). The gas absorption spectroscopic measurement device acquires the component concentration of a gas to be measured by CRDS (Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy) measurement. The laser irradiation unit (1) is provided with: a laser light source (10); a frequency conversion unit (12) configured to selectively output either laser light having the same frequency as the irradiation light source or laser light having a frequency of the laser light source multiplied by a prescribed number of times; a frequency modulation unit (13, 14) for modulating the frequency of the emitted laser light using a modulation signal, a second detection unit for detecting returning light derived from the irradiation light returning to the optical resonator (2); and a feedback control unit (191, 11) for generating an error signal affected by the difference between the frequency of the laser light emitted to the optical resonator (2) and the modulation signal based on the detection signal from the second detector (18), thereby controlling the oscillation frequency in the laser light source (10) in accordance with the error signal.

Abstract: A gas absorption spectrometer is provided that is capable of measuring a gas concentration and the like with high accuracy even when a measurement target gas is mixed with a gas other than the measurement target gas. A gas absorption spectrometer includes: a wavelength tunable light source; a light source control unit to change a wavelength of the light source; a gas cell to have a measurement object gas introduced thereto, the measurement object gas containing a measurement target gas and a mixed gas other than the measurement target gas; a photodetector to detect intensity of light having passed through the gas cell; a spectrum preparation unit to prepare an absorption spectrum of the measurement object gas from a change in the light intensity relative to the change in the wavelength; a physical quantity measurement unit to measure at least one of a temperature and a concentration of the measurement target gas based on an absorption spectrum of the measurement target gas; a gas concentration measurement unit to measure a concentration of the mixed gas; and a physical quantity correction unit to correct at least one of the temperature and the concentration of the measurement target gas measured by the physical quantity measurement unit based on the concentration of the mixed gas.
