Abstract:
A method is disclosed for producing a tubbing made of concrete for lining a tunnel, particularly a traffic tunnel, wherein the tubbing has a convexly curved outer surface and a concavely curved inner surface opposite the outer surface. The method can include: a) placing a membrane having a dispersion adhesive layer and a thermoplastic sealing layer onto the outer surface and further onto at least one of the sides of the outer side surfaces of the tubbing facing the outer surface, wherein the dispersion adhesive layer faces the tubbing; b) supplying heat, thus partially melting the dispersion adhesive layer; and c) cooling the dispersion adhesive layer, thus forming an adhesive bond between membrane and the tubbing.
Abstract:
The invention relates to two-component polyurethane compositions that are especially suitable for use as structural adhesives. Said compositions are constituted of a polyol component K1 and a polyisocyanate component K2, the polyol component K1 comprising at least one alkoxylated aromatic diol A1 and at least one aliphatic triol A2 and the polyisocyanate component K2 comprising at least one polyisocyanate B1.
Abstract:

The activator composition is storage stable for at least one month. The activator composition is moreover active independently of the applied amount and may be applied in layers having a thickness such that the adhesive may be applied after not more than 30 seconds.
Abstract:
A polyurethane composition includes first and second components, wherein the first component contains between 30% and 99% by weight of a polyol mixture including 100 parts by weight of at least one hydrophobic polyol, 10 to 75 parts by weight of at least one hydrophilic polyol, 0 to 25 parts by weight of at least one diol having two hydroxyl groups linked via a C2 to C9 carbon chain; and also at least one compound having at least one thiol group; and the second component includes at least one polyisocyanate, wherein one of the two components additionally includes at least one metal catalyst for the reaction of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups that is able to form thio complexes and the molar ratio of all the thiol groups in the at least one compound to all metal atoms in the at least one metal catalyst is between 1:1 and 250:1.
Abstract:
An adhesive bond between at least one thermoplastic and an elastomer composition containing at least one polyether having blocked hydroxyl groups as plasticizer. With the adhesive bond, it is possible to bond thermoplastics such as polycarbonate or polystyrene in particular to the elastomer composition essentially without stress cracking and hence reliably and permanently.
