    Abstract: A double-light cabinet for testing a biological sample labeled with fluorochrome includes a case, in which a light unit and a diffusion unit are received. The light unit has two spot light sources to emit spot lights with specified wavelengths according to the test, and the diffusion unit diffuses the spot lights into surface lights, to which that the biological sample is exposed. The present invention further includes an amber filter unit to filter the surface light to enhance the signal of biological samples. Using the lights with specified wavelengths, the present invention may serve both functions of excitation and illumination of the biological sample.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for synthesizing DNA, which includes: (a) providing an oligonucleotide components library as a material for synthesizing DNA, wherein an oligonucleotide component is a short oligonucleotide chain whose new end and trailing end are OH groups; (b) analyzing sequence information of a DNA to be synthesized to obtain an oligonucleotide components combination order; (c) using the oligonucleotide components library to arrange an oligonucleotide component order according to the oligonucleotide components combination order; (d) phosphorylating the new end of a first-order oligonucleotide; (e) combining the first-order oligonucleotide with a complementary oligonucleotide of the first-order oligonucleotide to obtain a first-order double-stranded oligonucleotide; (f) combining a second-order oligonucleotide in the oligonucleotide components combination order with a complementary oligonucleotide of the second-order oligonucleotide to obtain a second-order double-stranded oligonucleotide; (g) ligating the phosphorylated new end of the first-order oligonucleotide with the trailing end of the second-order oligonucleotide to obtain a synthetic oligonucleotide having an OH group as the new end; and (h) repeating the above steps (d) to (g) to sequentially elongate the synthetic oligonucleotide until the DNA sequence to be synthesized is completed.

    Abstract: A cabinet capable of guiding light, which is used for detecting a biological sample strained with a fluorescent dye, includes a main body, at least one light source, and at least one light guiding structure. The main body has a sample table to place the biological sample. The at least one light source is provided on the main body and near the sample table, wherein the at least one light source provides light required to excite the fluorescent dye incorporated in the biological sample. The at least one light guiding structure is provided between the sample table and the at least one light source to refract the light provided by the at least one light source onto the sample table and the biological sample. Whereby, the biological sample is exposed to more light, and therefore the intensity of the light released from the biological sample is enhanced.
