    Abstract: The invention provides a method for producing a DNA template for mRNA containing a polyadenylate tail. This method is applicable to in vitro transcription reactions, generating mRNA with a specific polyadenylate tail length. Additionally, the invention further provides a method for extending the polyadenylate tail sequence using terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase and combinations of restriction enzymes. This ensures that in in vitro transcription reactions, the mRNA can precisely terminate at the polyadenylate tail, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of mRNA synthesis.

    Abstract: An adjustable cabinet includes a machine and a transparent top board. The machine has a case and a light module, wherein the case is provided with a sample table and a slot; the light module emits light to the sample table of the case. The top board has a first side and a second side at opposite sides thereof, wherein the top board has a main portion and a first insert portion connected to an end of the main portion, and the first insert portion is detachably inserted into the slot of the case. With either the first or the second side facing the sample table, the angle formed between the main portion and the sample table is different. Whereby, the cabinet is more compatible for researchers of different body types, and the top board can be avoided from being scraped.

    Abstract: A cabinet capable of guiding light, which is used for detecting a biological sample strained with a fluorescent dye, includes a main body, at least one light source, and at least one light guiding structure. The main body has a sample table to place the biological sample. The at least one light source is provided on the main body and near the sample table, wherein the at least one light source provides light required to excite the fluorescent dye incorporated in the biological sample. The at least one light guiding structure is provided between the sample table and the at least one light source to refract the light provided by the at least one light source onto the sample table and the biological sample. Whereby, the biological sample is exposed to more light, and therefore the intensity of the light released from the biological sample is enhanced.
