    Abstract: A directional coupler according to various embodiment and an electronic device having the same are provided. The directional coupler includes a first layer having at least one conductive portion, a second layer disposed adjacent to the first layer in a first direction and having at least one conductive plate corresponding to the conductive portion of the first layer, a third layer disposed adjacent to the second layer in the first direction and including an RF signal transmission line, a fourth layer disposed adjacent to the third layer in the first direction and having a conductive line wound with at least one turn, and at least one conductive via electrically connecting the at least one conductive plate of the second layer and the conductive line of the fourth layer which is wound with at least one turn.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device. Other various embodiments as understood from the specification are also possible. The electronic device may include an antenna, a communication module including a transceiver, and a control circuit. The control circuit may be configured to radiate a first signal generated from the transceiver through the antenna, to obtain at least part of a second signal obtained by combining a forward signal delivered from the communication module to the antenna and a reverse signal reflected from the antenna, and to determine a reflection coefficient for the antenna based on at least part of the first signal and at least part of the second signal.

    Abstract: A transmission of a sounding reference signal by an electronic device is provided. A method of an electronic device includes transmitting a signal via a first antenna subset including at least one of a plurality of antennas, measuring an emission environment of the plurality of antennas, using the signal, determining at least one antenna to be used for transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS), based on the emission environment, and transmitting the SRS via the at least one determined antenna. The emission environment includes a strength of a reflected signal that corresponds to the signal and is reflected by the first antenna subset, or a strength of a reception signal that corresponds to the signal and is received by a second antenna subset including at least one remaining antenna.

    Abstract: In an embodiment, an electronic device may include a housing including a hinge module, a first housing, and second housing. The first and second housings are rotatably coupled to each other via the hinge module to be in a folded state or an unfolded state. The electronic device may further include a flexible display, at least one conductive pattern disposed in the first housing, at least one conductor disposed at a position in the second housing corresponding to the at least one conductive pattern such that the at least one conductor is capacitively coupled to the conductive pattern when the electronic device is in the folded state, and a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the at least one conductive pattern in the first housing.     Abstract: Disclosed are an electronic device and a method of transmitting a wireless signal thereof. The electronic device includes: a housing; a first antenna configured to form a first part of the housing; a second antenna configured to form a second part of the housing; and at least one processor including a first transmission terminal and a second transmission terminal connected to the first antenna and the second antenna, respectively, wherein the at least one processor is further configured to identify a strength of at least one of a transmission signal and a reception signal when transmission of a wireless signal is requested, and control at least one of a phase and a strength of wireless signals output through the first transmission terminal and the second transmission terminal according to a result of the identification.     Abstract: An electronic device according to an embodiment includes: an antenna, a filter configured to pass a signal of a specific frequency band among signals transmitted and received through the antenna, and a processor configured to control the filter to pass the signal of the specific frequency band. The filter includes: a first substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate, a first group of electrodes disposed inside the first substrate, a second group of electrodes disposed inside the second substrate, a first transducer electrode including a first group of lines, a second transducer electrode including a second group of lines disposed to alternate with the first group of lines, and a power supply configured to apply voltages to the first group of electrodes and the second group of electrodes. The processor is configured to cause at least one of the second group of lines to be separated from the first substrate, by controlling the power supply based on a frequency of a signal to be passed through the filter.
