An olefin polymer that is obtained using an olefin polymerization catalyst that includes a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization that includes titanium, magnesium, a halogen, and an ester compound (A) represented by the following formula (1): R1R2C═C(COOR3)(COOR4), an organoaluminum compound, and an optional external electron donor compound, exhibits primary properties (e.g., molecular weight distribution and stereoregularity) similar to those of an olefin polymer obtained using a solid catalyst component that includes a phthalic ester as an electron donor.
Abstract:
A tape adhering apparatus and a tape adhering method for adhering an ACF tape formed from an anisotropic conductive film to a target adhering area on a substrate are disclosed. It is an objective of the invention to provide a tape adhering apparatus and a tape adhering method that enable shortening of a time consumed by operation for adhering one cut piece of an ACF tape. According to the present invention, the separator is peeled from the cut piece of the ACF tape by letting the tape conveyor means convey the tape member in synchronism with the transfer action of the transfer base and thereafter a cut portion of the ACF tape to be next adhered is placed at the cutting position of the tape cutting means by letting the tape conveyor means continually convey the tape member in the forward conveyance direction.
Abstract:
In the tape attaching method of cutting a tape member into conductive tape pieces and attaching the conductive tape pieces onto a plurality of attachment regions which are formed at a side edge part of a board, an attaching step in which the conductive tape pieces is attached onto the attachment region of a first press position, and a moving step, in which by driving a tape sending mechanism to perform the operation of sending the tape member while a press bonding head and a peeling unit are integrally moved relative to the board, the press bonding head is aligned with the attachment region of a second press position, and a separator is peeled from the tape member attached onto the first press position by the peeling unit during the relative movement, are repeated.

It is an objective of the invention to provide a tape adhering apparatus and a tape adhering method that enable shortening of a time consumed by operation for adhering one cut piece of an ACF tape. After a cut piece 4S of an ACF tape 4 is pressed against and adhered to a target adhering area Sa on a substrate 2 by a press tool 22, a transfer base 14 is transferred, and a tape member Tp is then forwardly conveyed in synchronism with transfer of the transfer base 14 in such a way that the press tool 22 comes to an elevated position above the target adhering area Sa on the substrate 2 where the cut piece 4S of the ACF tape 4 is to be adhered, thereby peeling a separator Sp off from the cut piece 4S of the ACF tape 4. A tape cutting unit 24 is disposed downstream of a region Rg of, immediately below the press tool 22, of the tape member Tp conveyed by the tape conveyor unit 23 with respect to a forward conveyance direction of the tape member Tp. A cut position of the ACF tape 4 can be positioned by continual forward transfer of the tape member Tp.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus for producing molten glass, an apparatus for producing glass products and a process for producing glass products, which achieve production of various types of glass products of small lot with high energy efficiency in a short time.An apparatus for producing molten glass comprising an upper mechanism having at least one upper furnace body constituting an upper part of a glass-melting furnace, and at least one lower furnace body constituting a lower part or a glass-melting furnace and configured to be coupled with the upper furnace body to constitute at least one glass-melting furnace; one or both of the upper mechanism and the lower mechanism being configured so that their positions are movable so that at least one glass-melting furnace is constituted by combining the upper furnace body and the lower furnace body and the combination of the upper furnace bodies and the lower furnace bodies is changeable; the upper furnace body having an oxygen burner for producing a downward flame in the glass-melting furnace constituted by the upper furnace body and the lower furnace body, a gas-supplying line for supplying a combustion-support gas and a fuel gas to the oxygen burner, and a glass-raw-material-conveying path for supplying a glass raw material to the flame produced by the oxygen burner; and the lower mechanism having a furnace-bottom portion of the lower furnace body for storing a molten glass, a temperature-adjusting bath connected with the furnace-bottom portion and for storing the molten glass flown from the furnace-bottom portion and conducting a temperature adjustment, and a molten-glass-discharge port for discharging the molten glass from the temperature-adjusting bath.
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem to provide a part mounting device and a part mounting method which precisely mount the both end electrodes of the flexible board to mounting portions of both surfaces of the panel and thereby realize a highly reliable mounting.A panel (1) is mounted on the stage (24) while the one end electrode (5) of the FPC (flexible board) (4) is mounted on the mounting part (2) of one surface of the panel (1) and the other surface of the panel (1) is facing upward. The mounting method is bending the other end side of the flexible board (4) in a state where a position in plan view of the mounting portion (3) of the other surface of the panel (1) and a position in plan view of the other end electrode (6) of the flexible board (4) are shifted each other, after holding the other end portion including the other end electrode (6) of the FPC(4), which is positionally adjusted based on the position recognition result of the mounting portion (3) of the other surface of the panel (1), and the vicinity thereof with the press tool (53) recognizing the position of the other end electrode (6) of the FPC (4), matching the positions of the mounting portion (3) of the other surface of the panel (1) and the other end electrode (6) of the FPC (4) by relative positional adjusting, and mounting the other end electrode (6) of the FPC (4) on the mounting portion (3) of the other surface of the panel (1) by temporarily pressing the other end electrode (6) of the FPC (4) on the mounting portion (3) of the other surface of the panel (1).
Abstract:
The pressing tool and the ACF tape cutting device are linked and connected with each other by a link device, and the forcing member is caused to move relatively towards and away from the knife member by lifting up and down the pressing tool so as to form a cut. By allowing the tool lifting device to double as a drive device for causing the forcing member to move relatively towards and away from the knife member, the necessity of the actuator of the ACF tape cutting device which is needed in the related art tape adhering device can be obviated.

Abstract:
Previously, it was difficult to obtain high-affinity antibodies that specifically bind to HMGB-1 but not to HMGB-2. Under this circumstance, the present inventors successfully obtained antibodies that are more reactive to HMGB-1 than to HMGB-2 by using specific peptides as an antigen. The present inventors also demonstrated that the antibodies had a HMGB-1-neutralizing activity. The present inventors administered the antibodies to amyloidosis model animals, and as a result, successfully demonstrated that the antibodies produced a significant therapeutic effect.
