Abstract: There is provided an image processing device including: an image acquisition unit for acquiring a first image including, as a subject, a first region captured by a first camera which captures an image from a first altitude toward a direction of an altitude lower than the first altitude, and a second image including, as a subject, the first region captured by a second camera which captures an image from a second altitude toward a direction of an altitude lower than the second altitude; and a flying object detection unit for detecting a flying object at an altitude lower than the first altitude and the second altitude, based on a difference between the first region in the first image and the first region in the second image.

Abstract: When bandwidth is dynamically allocated for audio communication via satellite communication, newly occurring audio communication can negatively affect the communication quality of the existing audio communication. Provided is a data communication apparatus that communicates via a satellite and includes an allocation control section that allocates in advance, for audio communication via the satellite, a bandwidth that is larger than a bandwidth needed for current audio communication being performed via satellite by at least a predetermined bandwidth. A program causes a computer to function as this data communication apparatus. A satellite communication system includes this data communication apparatus and this satellite.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an antenna control system and a method capable of consistently maintaining an optimum orientation point between a donor antenna and an adjacent base station. The antenna control system for receiving a signal from a base station includes a donor antenna including an antenna module disposed by being fixed to an inner side of a window glass and configured with an array antenna; a phase shifter including a plurality of transmission lines; and a phase controller configured to control the phase shifter to change an orientation direction of the antenna module; and a repeater including a measuring module for measuring a reception signal received by the antenna module; an analyzing module for analyzing a signal quality parameter in each orientation direction of the antenna module based on a measurement result of the measuring module; and a generating module for generating an antenna control signal for controlling the orientation direction of the antenna module based on an analysis result of the analyzing module.
