Abstract: The present invention relates to a static mixer for mixing together at least two components. The static mixer comprises a mixer housing; a mixing element having an upstream end with at least two entry openings and a downstream end, the mixing element being arranged at least partly within the mixer housing; a mixing head having at least two inlets provided at an input side and at least two outlets provided at an output surface, wherein each of the at least two inlets is in fluid communication with one of the at least two outlets; and a separating wall disposed between the output surface and the upstream end of the mixing element for separating the components leaving the outlets. The separating wall comprises a free downstream edge which is disposed with respect to at least one of the entry openings so as to allow at least partial flows of the components separated by the separating wall to combine after exceeding the downstream edge and to jointly enter said at least one of the entry openings.

Abstract: A syringe for multi-component materials includes a mixer housing, a mixing element, a multi-component cartridge and a mixing head, the mixing head being arranged at least partly within the mixer housing and adjacent to the multi-component cartridge. The mixing head is arranged moveable in an axial direction of the syringe between at least two positions, the at least two positions including a sealed position and a dispensing position. The axial movement of the mixing head is brought about by rotation of at least a part of the mixer housing relative to the multi-component cartridge. The mixing head is axially displaced in a direction opposite to a dispensing direction on a displacement of the mixing head from the sealed position into the dispensing position.

Abstract: A dispensing apparatus includes a body, two inlets for flowable masses and two outlets through which the flowable masses can be dispensed, with one inlet being connected to one outlet and the other inlet being connected to the other outlet through the body. The two inlets are spaced apart from one another by a first spacing and the two outlets are spaced apart from one another by a second spacing, and with the second spacing being larger than the first spacing. A connection ring engages the body and is pre-mounted to the body. The dispensing apparatus is configured to be non-releasably connected to a two-component cartridge via the connection ring for the supply of the flowable masses to the inlets.

Abstract: A static spray mixer for mixing and spraying two flowable components includes a tubular mixer housing extending in the direction of a longitudinal axis up to a distal end with an outlet opening, having one mixing element arranged in the mixer housing for mixing the components and having an atomization sleeve with an inner surface surrounding the mixer housing in an end region. The atomization sleeve has an inlet channel for a pressurized atomization medium. A plurality of grooves is in the outer surface of the mixer housing or in the inner surface of the atomization sleeve and extend toward the distal end and form separate flow channels between the atomization sleeve and the mixer housing through which the atomization medium flows from the inlet channel of the atomization sleeve to the distal end of the mixer housing. The inlet channel is arranged asymmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis.
