    Abstract: A packing material for a power storage device includes a laminated structure including a substrate layer, a first adhesive layer, a metal foil layer, a second adhesive layer, and a sealant layer in this order, the second adhesive layer including a reaction product of at least acid-modified polyolefin and a multifunctional isocyanate compound, and the second adhesive layer satisfies a condition expressed by an inequality of the following Formula (1): 0.01≤{(C+D)−B}/A≤0.60 . . .
