Abstract: A method for applying an ultraviolet curable coating material and a method for producing an ultraviolet cured film include the steps of: supplying an ultraviolet curable coating material containing an ultraviolet curable acrylic monomer into a mixer under a condition of greater than or equal to 8 MPa without diluting the ultraviolet curable coating material with an organic solvent; supplying carbon dioxide with a critical pressure or more into the mixer; mixing the ultraviolet curable coating material and the carbon dioxide supplied into the mixer to form a mixed fluid; spraying the mixed fluid under a condition of a critical pressure or more of the carbon dioxide to form a coating film; and irradiating the coating film with ultraviolet rays to form an ultraviolet cured film.

The polycarbonate structure is present in a suitable amount at the surface of the coating layer on a side opposite to the polyester film substrate.

Abstract: The invention provides a biaxially oriented polyester film with a good balance among moldability during hot molding, film strength and elasticity, while suppressing deposition of an oligomer (whitening) due to heating in a coating step of an adhesive resin or the like during the molding process, and which can be used to provide a molded body, a label or the like. The biaxially oriented polyester film has a content of an ester constituent unit derived from an isophthalic acid component relative to 100% by mole of all ester constituent units in the constituent polyester resin of 0.5-5.0% by mole; a haze change when heated at 150° C. for 30 minutes of 5.0% or less; a limiting viscosity of the constituent polyester resin of 0.59-0.65 dl/g; an average storage elastic modulus at 150° C. of 5.0-7.6×108 (Pa); and an acid value of 40-60 eq/ton.

Abstract: This invention provides a readily adhesive polyester film that has fewer flaws and in which no appearance defects occur due to tight winding during the storage of rolled products, and a method for efficiently producing the readily adhesive polyester film. More specifically, this invention provides a readily adhesive polyester film comprising a polyester film as a base film and a readily adhesive layer on at least one side of the base film, wherein the base film contains particles with an average particle diameter of 0.1-2 μm or more in an amount of 1 mass % or less based on the mass of the base film, and the readily adhesive layer is a cured product of a composition comprising a copolymerized polyester resin (A), a blocked isocyanate group-containing urethane resin (B), and a silicone surfactant (C). This invention also provides a method for producing a readily adhesive polyester film.
