    Abstract: A production plant and a method for production of a synthetized gasoline product from a synthetic hydrocarbon mixture produced from a mixture of reactive oxygenates, the method including a. separating the synthetic hydrocarbon mixture in at least a light hydrocarbon fraction, and a higher boiling hydrocarbon fraction, wherein the higher boiling fraction comprises at least 70% of the molecules including 10 or more carbon atoms and less than 20% of the molecules comprising exactly 9 carbon atoms, b. directing at least an amount of said higher boiling hydrocarbon fraction as a hydrocracking feedstock to contact a material catalytically active in hydrocracking under effective hydrocracking conditions providing a hydrocracked hydrocarbon stream, wherein at least an amount of said hydrocracked hydrocarbon stream is combined with at least an amount of said light hydrocarbon fraction, to provide said synthetized gasoline product having a T90 being below T90 of said synthetic hydrocarbon mixture.

    Abstract: Process and plant for producing a gasoline product from an oxygenate feed stream comprising the steps of: conducting the oxygenate feed stream to an oxygenate-to-gasoline reactor, suitably a methanol-to-gasoline (MTG) reactor, under the presence of a fixed bed of catalyst active for converting oxygenates in the oxygenate feed stream to a raw gasoline stream comprising C3-C4 paraffins and C5+ hydrocarbons; separating from the raw gasoline stream a gasoline product stream comprising the C5+ hydrocarbons and a stream comprising C3-C4 paraffins; conducting the entire stream comprising C3-C4 paraffins or a portion thereof to an upgrading reactor under the presence of a catalyst active for converting the C3-C4 paraffins into an aromatic stream such as an aromatic stream comprising benzene, toluene and xylene (BTX); and combining the entire aromatic stream or a portion thereof with the oxygenate feed stream.

    Abstract: Process for the preparation of higher hydrocarbons boiling in the gasoline range from methane containing feed gas comprising the steps of a) mixing the feed gas with a hydrogenated tail gas and autothermal reforming the mixed feed gas to a methanol synthesis gas containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide; b) converting the methanol synthesis gas to a methanol and dimethyl ether containing effluent in presence of one or more catalysts active in the conversion of hydrogen and carbon oxides to methanol and dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether; c) converting the methanol and dimethyl ether containing effluent as prepared in step (b) to a raw product containing hydrocarbons boiling in the gasoline range, water, unconverted methanol synthesis gas and carbon dioxide formed during the conversion of the methanol synthesis gas; d) cooling and separating the raw product into a water fraction, a higher hydrocarbon fraction boiling in the gasoline range and into a tail gas with the unconverted methanol synthesis gas and the carbon dioxide; e) hydrogenating a part of the tail gas as obtained in step d) to provide the hydrogenated tail gas; and f) recycling the hydrogenated tail gas to step (a).
