    Abstract: A light source support assembly for an automotive vehicle, the light source support assembly includes at least two rigid Printed Circuit Board (PCB) parts having a first rigid PCB part and a second rigid PCB part. The first rigid PCB part is mounted with a plurality of first components that are heat generating components and the second rigid PCB part is mounted with a plurality of second components that are components not generating heat or components generating less heat compared to the plurality of first components. A flexible connecting part interconnecting the first rigid PCB part and the second rigid PCB part, and includes at least one bendable portion configured to bend the light source support assembly.

    Abstract: The invention proposes a luminous device involving a converter intended to supply power to a pixelated light source controlled by electric current. The device makes it possible to reduce power losses and to reduce the risk of the elementary light sources of the pixelated light source overheating. By using a control loop and measuring means which make it possible to directly or indirectly measure a value which is indicative of the voltage drop at the terminals of at least one current source of the pixelated light source, it becomes possible to dynamically adapt the voltage delivered by the converter circuit.

    Abstract: A lighting system for a motor vehicle with a pixelated light source having a plurality of selectively activatable elementary light sources is described. The activation of each elementary light source being controlled exclusively by a switch assigned to the elementary light source. A power converter designed to supply an electrical power to the pixelated light source and a controller designed to control the voltage supplied by the power converter and to control the switches controlling the activation of the elementary light sources. The lighting system also includes an electrical current sensor designed to measure the electrical current supplied by the power converter to the pixelated light source and to transmit information relating to said measured current to the controller.

    Abstract: A motor vehicle lighting system includes a light source, a multi-phase interleaved power converter having a plurality of selectively activatable elementary converters, each of which is configured to generate an electrical signal having its own phase. The power converter is designed to supply electrical power to the light source, and controller is designed to selectively control each of the elementary converters of the power converter. The controller is designed to receive an emission command for the emission of a desired light beam by the light source and to activate a strictly necessary number of elementary converters of the power converter such that the power converter supplies, to the light source, an electrical power needed to emit the desired light beam.
