Abstract: A heat sink for an electronic component and its manufacturing method by applying a nanopulsed laser. The heat sink includes a body provided with an outer layer, including a surface layer having a radiative exposed surface and a layer immediately underlying the surface layer. The underlying layer is made of a material based on a metal and the surface layer is made of an oxide of said material. The outer layer includes juxtaposed nodules. The heat sink originally combines a surface chemical state promoting heat emission and a structure geometrically promoting heat exchange, in order to synergistically improve its heat dissipation capability.

Abstract: A heat exchange system of a vehicle lighting device. The heat exchange system includes an air duct that is arranged facing a heat sink for transferring heat by the light sources of the lighting device. The air duct includes an air inlet portion with a first air passage area receiving an airflow into the air duct and an air outlet portion with a second air passage area directing the airflow towards a heatsink. In addition, an intermediate portion is disposed between the air inlet portion and the air outlet portion. The intermediate portion is having a variable cross-section in a non-linear way. The largest section of the intermediate portion is superior to the section of both the first air passage area and the second air passage area.

Abstract: A lighting module includes at least one heatsink configured to dissipate heat generated by a light source, the heatsink including at least a base and a dissipation member, the dissipation member including a series of fins projecting from the base, each fin being defined by a summit that defines the length of that fin, and by two end edges extending between the summit and the base. The lighting module is configured to pivot about two pivot axes, and the series of fins includes eccentric fins the length of which is less than the lengths of the fins at the centre of the dissipation member, at least one fin further having at least one bevel at the junction between the summit and an end edge.
