Abstract:
A container for heating canned food comprising a can main body having a protrusion on the side covered with a safety metal stripe formed integrally with a detachable lid, and a heater casing for receiving the can main body therein and having a lateral engaging groove for engaging the protrusion on the can main body. The protrusion on the can main body is so adapted that it can not engage the lateral engaging groove of the casing unless the lid is detached and the metal stripe is removed from the protrusion.
Abstract:
A blank for magnetic hard disk and a method for producing the same are provided, characterized in that the attachment or adhesion of a blank of a disk shape to each other can be prevented when such blank is stacked together for disk annealing, thereby improving the productivity of magnetic hard disk, and that the damage of blank surface can be prevented during blanking. Firstly, an aluminium alloy plate is subjected to continuous surface washing process with an etching solution while winding off the aluminium alloy plate in a coil, whereby the oxide film on the surface of the aluminium alloy plate is removed to concurrently deposit insoluble smut on the surface. Then, the aluminium alloy plate after the washing process is pressed for blanking thereof into a blank of a disk shape.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal module includes: a liquid crystal cell; a flexible circuit board which is joined to outer peripheral portion of the liquid crystal cell; a circuit board which is joined to the flexible circuit board; a frame portion on which the circuit board is fixed by screw fastening; at least one protruding portion which protrudes to the circuit board side with regard to a surface of the frame portion on which the circuit board is attached, and which prevents rotation of the circuit board along with rotation of the screw by contacting with the circuit board.
Abstract:
An intake gasket to be inserted between a cylinder head and a manifold, comprising an intermediate rib member 1 with a three-layer structure formed from a thin metal plate 11 and rubber layers 12 and 12 provided on both sides of the thin metal plate, metal plates 2 and 2 disposed on both sides of the intermediate rib member 1, and elastic metal substrates 3 and 3 disposed on both sides of the metal plates 2 and 2, the intermediate rib member 1 comprising a first rib 15 formed around the periphery thereof and a second rib 14 formed around the periphery of a fluid passage hole, wherein a space is formed from the rib of the intermediate rib member 1 and the metal plates 2 and 2 disposed on both sides of the intermediate rib member 1. The intake gasket can shut out heat from the cylinder head so as to make transmission of heat to the manifold difficult.
Abstract:
An intake gasket to be inserted between a cylinder head and a manifold, comprising an intermediate rib member with a three-layer structure formed from a central thin metal plate and rubber layers provided on first and second sides of the central thin metal plate, first and second metal plates disposed on first and second sides of the intermediate rib member, and elastic metal substrates disposed on both sides of the metal plates, the intermediate rib member comprising a first rib formed around the periphery thereof and a second rib formed around the periphery of a fluid passage hole, wherein a space is formed by the rib of the intermediate rib member and the metal plates.
Abstract:
A heat storage composition characterized in that the composition is prepared by mixing a heat storage component with a component comprising a thermoplastic elastomer and synthetic or natural rubber in an amount of 0.5 to 30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the heat storage component using mechanical means, the heat storage component comprising at least one of a wax having a main chain of hydrocarbon and at least 0.degree. in melting point and a higher monohydroxy alcohol having a melting point of at least 0.degree..
Abstract:
The container for use in precooked foods comprises a disposable container main body for containing precooked foods made of incombustible material and a disposable heater device made of incombustible material such as incombustible paper or aluminum, having a solid fuel, packaged integrally together with the container main body and capable of heating the main body. The container main body and the heater device are engaged to each other by fitting the protrusions on the main body into the lateral grooves in the heater device so that the main body can be supported at a raised position above the heater device. The container main body may include a cylindrical bellows portion that can vary the capacity of the container by expansion and compression.
