Abstract: The three-dimensional standard vibrator based on the aerostatic gas-floating decoupling device contains a base. The base is installed with a X axis vibrator, a X axis return mechanism, a Y axis vibrator, a Y axis return mechanism, a Z axis vibrator, and a three-dimensional vibration platform. The X axis vibrator and the X axis return mechanism are both installed along X axis but separated by the three-dimensional vibration platform. The Y axis vibrator and the Y axis return mechanism are both installed along Y axis but also separated by the three-dimensional vibration platform. There are two aerostatic gas-floating plates corresponding to the vibrator and connecting to the X axis and Y axis vibrators, respectively. Two intervals used to generate gas films are formed between the two aerostatic gas-floating plates and the three-dimensional vibrator, respectively. The X axis and Y axis return mechanisms both consist of a reset spring and an aerostatic gas-floating plate corresponding to the spring. The Z axis vibrator is connected with the Z axis aerostatic gas-floating decoupling device. There are intervals used to form gas films between the Z axis aerostatic gas-floating decoupling device and the three-dimensional vibration platform. The present invention contains the advantages of high loading capacity, supporting stability and uniformity.

Abstract: Provided is a broadband and large displacement angular vibrator, comprising an outer housing, a vibration table, a main spindle, a moving coil assembly, a magnetic circuit assembly, a holding brake assembly, a motor and closed loop control assembly thereof, an electric viscoelastic feedback control assembly, an air bearing, and an angular displacement sensor; the moving coil comprises a moving coil substrate and a coil; the moving coil substrate is fixed to the main spindle; the magnetic circuit assembly comprises a magnetic ring, a central magnetic pole, and magnets; the magnetic ring, central magnetic pole, magnets, and air gap form a closed magnetic circuit; the central magnetic pole is located inside the magnetic ring, the magnets are located between the magnetic ring and the central magnetic pole, and the magnets are attached to the central magnetic pole; the outer housing has the holding brake assembly; the holding brake assembly comprises a brake lining, an oil distribution sleeve, and an oil reservoir having a piston; the brake lining and the oil distribution sleeve enclose a hydraulic oil chamber; when the hydraulic oil is pressed into the hydraulic oil chamber from the oil reservoir, the magnetic circuit assembly brakes; when the hydraulic oil flows back to the oil reservoir, the magnetic circuit assembly rotates with the motor rotor. The present angular shaker has the advantage of being able to switch between intermediate-frequency and low-frequency, and has small output waveform distortion.

Abstract: The present application relates to a base strain generating device and a base strain sensitivity testing system. The base strain generating device clamps the middle portion of a strain beam by arranging a clamping assembly, so that the position of a mounting structure is fixed, and a tested sensor arranged at the mounting structure does not generate an additional acceleration component due to the vibration of the strain beam. By adoption of the technical solution, the measurement precision of the base strain sensitivity is improved.

Abstract: The three-dimensional standard vibrator based on leaf-spring-type decoupling device contains a base set with three single-dimensional vibrators (along X, Y and Z axes, respectively) and a three-dimensional vibration platform. The X axis vibrator is connected with the three-dimensional vibration platform through X axis decoupling device, the Y axis vibrator is connected with the three-dimensional vibration platform through Y axis decoupling device, and the Z axis vibrator is connected with the three-dimensional vibration platform through Z axis decoupling device. The properties of the three-dimensional vibrator are as follow. X axis decoupling device, Y axis decoupling device and Z axis decoupling device are all comprised of supporting-spring units. Each of the supporting-spring units contains a pair of leaf springs mounted parallel with each other and the first and second connecting components mounted on the two edges of the leaf springs.
