    Abstract: A filter assembly includes a manifold having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a filter housing having a filter medium provided therein. The filter medium defines an inner filter chamber and defining an outer filter chamber between the filter medium and the filter housing, the filter housing being removably attached to the manifold so as to provide a fluid flow path from the inlet into the inner filter chamber, through the filter medium into the outer chamber and out of the outlet. The filter assembly also has a valve assembly mounted inside the manifold. The valve assembly also includes a shut off valve piston and a shut off valve spring arranged in engagement with the valve piston to bias the valve piston into a first position and an adaptor ring located between the shut off valve piston and the filter housing and provided with an annular outlet seal.

    Abstract: A filtration system interconnection structure having manifold with a rotatable manifold magnet of correlated magnets, a shroud with alignment tracks, an actuating valve for water ingress, and a filter cartridge having a rotatable filter magnet of correlated magnets, where the manifold magnet and the filter magnet are in magnetic communication with one another when the filter cartridge is inserted with the shroud, and are at least partially rotatably compatible, where the manifold magnet rotates with the filter magnet until the manifold magnet experiences a rotational stop beyond a predetermined rotation of the filter magnet, thus allowing the filter magnet to shift polarity with respect to the manifold magnet and present a repulsion force for removal of the filter cartridge from the shroud.

    Abstract: An endcap bypass plug is disclosed. The endcap bypass plug includes a body and a plurality of leg members. The body includes an upper surface, a lower surface and an outer side surface joining the upper surface to the lower surface. A central axis extends through an axial center of the body. The plurality of leg members are connected to and extends away from the upper surface of the body. Adjacent leg members of the plurality of leg members are spaced apart by a distance to thereby form a plurality of radial passages defining a plurality of radial fluid-flow paths there between. Each leg member of the plurality of leg members includes: a head portion having an upper surface. The head portion includes a nose portion extending radially outwardly from the head portion. The nose portion includes a ramp surface and a lower surface. The ramp surface of the nose portion is connected to the upper surface of the head portion to define an upper edge. The ramp surface of the nose portion is connected to the lower surface of the nose portion to define a lower edge. An endcap assembly is also disclosed. A filter assembly is also disclosed. A method is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A water inlet valve providing stain resistance, easy cleaning, and quick disassembly includes an inlet passage having an insert opening disposed at an upper end of the water inlet valve; an inlet divider; a filter component connected to the inlet divider to form a filtering dividing mechanism, and a water stop valve in communication with the water inlet valve that that controls the water inlet valve to stop water flow. The filter component and the inlet divider are disposed between the inlet passage an outlet of the inlet valve, water flowing through the inlet passage is filtered and is divided into two waterways by the inlet divider including a main waterway that flows to the outlet for inletting and a sub-waterway that flows to the water stop valve, and the filtering dividing mechanism is inserted into the inlet passage through the insert opening and is disassembled from the insert opening.
