Abstract: A fluid dispenser with a fluid pump for dispensing fluid on movement of an actuator, and an air pump for delivering a stream of air through at least one sound generator on movement of the actuator. The sound generator produces at least two sounds as the actuator is moved from a first position to a second position, with each sound produced in a different time period during a cycle of operation, or differing from the other sound in respect of one or more detectable sound characteristics, such as duration, frequency, temporal alignment, amplitude, and/or timbre. The time period of each sound is a function of the relative location of the actuator between the first and second positions.

Abstract: A set including a pump dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical or cosmetic liquids and an external evaluation unit, which is designed to be exchangeable so that, after the pump dispenser has been emptied, the evaluation unit can be attached to a new pump dispenser. The evaluation unit can be attached to the discharging head of the pump dispenser such that the evaluation unit detects an actuation button and can be partially displaced with same. The evaluation unit can alternatively have a receiving container which is open on at least one side and into which the pump dispenser can be inserted and the force application of which is detected on actuation.

Abstract: A method and device for indicating whether a dispensable product will require refilling prior to the next scheduled service interval includes tracking the amount of use over a first interval, and calculating a frequency based from the use over the first interval. The quantity remaining is compared with the required amount, which is the product of the number of weeks in the service interval and the calculated frequency. Thus, when the quantity remaining is less that the required amount, a warning will be provided to indicate that the dispensing product should be replaced, as it will be empty before the next service interval.

Abstract: A tamper-proof and controlled dosing container including a container to store contents, an actuator coupled with the container, the actuator being depressible in a longitudinal direction to drive the contents held in the container out of a nozzle protruding horizontally from the actuator, and a functional ring. The functional ring further includes a tamper ring portion, a dosing ring portion, and a nozzle plug. The nozzle plug is affixed to the functional ring at one end and includes a protrusion at the opposite end to plug an orifice of the nozzle. The tamper ring portion is removably provided on the functional ring so as to prevent tampering with the contents held in the container. The dosing ring portion is controls the dose dispensed from the container by limiting the vertical movement of the actuator.

Abstract: A locking mechanism for an aerosol dispenser is presented having a first body structure, a second body structure rotatably attached to the first body structure, a spindle rotatably attached to the second body structure, the spindle having an actuator rotationally cooperating with the first body structure such that rotation of the first body structure relative to the second body structure causes rotation of the actuator and of the spindle, a movable element arranged around the spindle, the spindle being rotatable relative to the movable element, wherein rotation of the spindle causes movement of the movable element along the spindle from an initial position to a final position, and a locking element, wherein in the final position the movable element applies a radial force onto the locking element causing the locking element to bend in the radial direction thereby preventing rotation between the first body structure and the second body structure.

Abstract: A nebulizer and a storage device are provided. The nebulizer includes a casing, an atomization module fixed to the casing, a rotating module rotatably assembled to the casing, a linking module assembled to the rotating module, and a locking module. The linking module is configured to be connected to a bottom of the container bottle, and the starting module is configured to drive the nebulizer by being pushed, thereby enabling liquid in the container bottle to be atomized toward an outside of the nebulizer through the atomization module in an atomization process. The locking module is configured to be connected to a bottom of the container bottle. When the nebulizer completes a predetermined number of times of the atomization process, the locking mechanism is moved toward the casing and is then limited to restrict an operation of the nebulizer. Accordingly, after the nebulizer completes the predetermined number of times of the atomization process, the locking module can restrict rotation of the rotating module for preventing the nebulizer from using the container bottle arranged therein.
