Abstract: The disclosed embodiments relate to the monitoring and control of additive manufacturing. In particular, a method is shown for removing errors inherent in thermal measurement equipment so that the presence of errors in a product build operation can be identified and acted upon with greater precision. Instead of monitoring a grid of discrete locations on the build plane with a temperature sensor, the intensity, duration and in some cases position of each scan is recorded in order to characterize one or more build operations.

Abstract: An optical device designed to be arranged on a detector provided with an infrared sensor for increasing the angle of the field of view of the detector. The device includes a primary mirror and a secondary mirror that face each other. The primary mirror collects the infrared radiation from a wide-angle field of view to return it to the secondary mirror, which in turn reflects it back to the sensor of the infrared detector.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus for an infrared and visible imaging system. In some implementations, Image data from a visible-light camera is obtained. A position of a device is determined based at least in part on the image data from the visible-light camera. An infrared camera is positioned so that the device is in a field of view of the infrared camera, with the field of view of the infrared camera being narrower than the field of view of the visible-light camera. Infrared image data from the infrared camera that includes regions representing the device is obtained. Infrared image data from the infrared camera that represents the device is recorded. Position data is also recorded that indicates the location and pose of the infrared camera when the infrared image data is acquired by the infrared camera.

The photosensitive sensor includes a first lens and a second lens which focus on a photosensitive element. The cover includes a first slit arranged on an optical axis of the first lens and a second slit arranged on an optical axis of the second lens. The moving mechanism is configured to move the photosensitive sensor and the cover relative to each other so that the second slit is arranged on the optical axis of the first lens.

Abstract: A temperature sensing device includes a substrate, a first reflective module, a first window cover, and a dual thermopile sensor. The first reflective module is disposed on the substrate, including a first mirror chamber with a narrow field of view (FOV), and the first reflective module focuses a thermal radiation from measured object to a first image plane in the first mirror chamber. The first window cover is disposed on the first reflective module, and the first window cover allows a selected band of the thermal radiation to pass through. The dual thermopile sensor is disposed on the substrate and located in the first mirror chamber, and the dual thermopile sensor senses a temperature data from the first image plane. Additional second reflective module, LED source plus pin hole with same FOV of dual thermopile sensor can illuminate the measured object for ease of placement of object to be heated.

Abstract: There is provided a heat treatment apparatus for performing a predetermined film forming process on a substrate by mounting the substrate on a surface of a rotary table installed in a processing vessel and heating the substrate by a heating part while rotating the rotary table. The heat treatment apparatus includes: a first temperature measuring part of a contact-type configured to measure a temperature of the heating part; a second temperature measuring part of a non-contact type configured to measure a temperature of the substrate mounted on the rotary table in a state where the rotary table is being rotated; and a temperature control part configured to control the heating part based on a first measurement value measured by the first temperature measuring part and a second measurement value measured by the second temperature measuring part.
