A method for maintaining contact information in a hearing impaired assisted user's communication device includes the steps of (a) providing a web site for altering assisted user contact information, (b) linking a proxy device to the web site, (c) receiving an identifier associated with the assisted user's device via the proxy device, (d) identifying an assisted user's device via the received identifier, (e) enabling the proxy device to be used to modify contact information for the assisted user associated with the received identifier, (f) starting a timer to time out a sync timeout period, (g) during the sync timeout period, receiving an indication via the assisted user's device confirming a desire to update the assisted user's contact information, (h) updating the assisted user's contact information, and (i) at the end of the timeout period, ceasing an indication that updated data is ready to be used from the assisted user's device.

The present invention relates to an inverter device. Regard to the problem in the traditional convert device that the user is difficult to obtain the information shown on the display panel in time; the state of the inverter can not be switched remotely after the user leaves; discharging or early switching-off caused by missing battery information; and the draught fan can only be at the state of ‘full-speed-start’ or switch-off, the invention provides an inverter device, it is configured with an extensible flexible wire to fix the display panel of the inverter to the place the user wants to for getting the information of the inverter in time; by virtue of wireless transmission, user can control the state of the inverter remotely; by adding a test module to the inverter device, it avoids the waste of electricity which is caused by the discharging of the battery-to-convert and switching off.

Provided are methods, apparatuses and a system for synchronizing call media and content. In a process of playing call media to a user and displaying content associated with the call media, a terminal acquires new call media from a call media server and acquires, after querying a synchronization server for content information corresponding to the new call media, content associated with the new call media from a content server, respectively, in response to a user operation. The terminal plays the new call media to the user, and displays the content associated with the new call media simultaneously.

The synchronized display server includes a processing circuity; and a memory, the memory containing instructions that configure the synchronized display server to: establish a first data session with a user device and a second data session with a contact center representative device; obtain display data to be displayed on the user device, wherein the display data is communicated over the second data session; obtain communication data related to communications between the user device and a contact center associated with the contact center representative device, wherein the display data is communicated over the first data session; generate, based on the obtained display data and communication data, a synchronized display; and send, via the first data session and the second data session, wherein each of the user device and the contact center representative device displays the sent synchronized display.

The method includes receiving voice mail messages in a server, creating a state machine for each message, pushing a visual voice mail notification to at least three devices, receiving an action command from one of the three devices and updating the state machine responsive to the receiving step.

A system and method for asynchronous conversation routing and tracing that allows a client and agent to connect and reconnect to one another over a discontinuous engagement. The system and method facilitate this by allowing multiple methods of communication between the client and agent, including live communications and out-of-band communications. All communications between a client and agent are tied to a client case accessible by the agent, and the client case can include context and environmental data to further assist the agent or to route a customer service call to an appropriate agent. At any time, the client or agent can send out-of-band messages to one another to advance the customer service process, or the client or agent can seek to re-establish live communication with each other. This provides the client with a consistent point of contact not easily supportable with phone based call centers where support is single-threaded.

Embodiments of the present invention provide systems, methods, and program products for associating keywords from communication content with communication participants. Embodiments of the present invention can be used to associate communication metadata based, at least in part on one or more keywords extracted from communication content. Embodiments of the present invention can be used to improve message communications by identifying participants, not known to a user, by some other identifier (such as a keyword) based, at least in part, on communication content.

A transmission system includes a first information processing apparatus and a second information processing apparatus. The first information processing apparatus includes: a material transmitter that uploads material data to a third information processing apparatus; an operation acquiring unit that acquires an operation by a user and outputs operation information indicating the acquired operation; and a transmission side controller that causes a transmission side display unit to display the material data and changes how the material data is displayed in accordance with the operation by the user. The second information processing apparatus includes: a material receiver that downloads the material data from the third information processing apparatus; and a reception side controller that causes a reception side display unit to display the downloaded material data and changes how the material data is displayed in accordance with the operation information acquired by the first information processing apparatus.

Systems and methods performed by an IP telephony system are designed to determine when two parties to a recently terminated telephony communication are simultaneously calling each other in an attempt to re-establish a telephony communication. When the IP telephony system determines that this situation is occurring, the IP telephony system acts to connect the two parties, rather than have both of them see their new call setup attempt fail because the other party's telephony device is indicated to be busy.
