The present invention relates to an automatic opening and closing device for collecting pathogenic microorganism spores which includes a hollow case with an opening, a control unit located on the case, and a spore collecting drive module located inside the case. The spore collecting drive module includes: a collecting container opening and closing unit; a collecting container mounting unit for mounting a collecting container opened and closed by the collecting container opening and closing unit; and a collecting container transfer unit moving the collecting container mounting unit forwards and backwards. The present invention uses a structure which automatically opens, closes, and transfers the container for storing spores for collecting pathogenic microorganism air spores and air air-born fungi in real time and securing the accurate prediction materials.

PURPOSE: A primer set for diagnosing rice stripe virus is provided to diagnose and quantitate rice stripe virus and to ensure simple use. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for diagnosing rice stripe virus contains a primer of sequence number 1 and a primer of sequence number 2. The primer set further contains a probe of sequence number 3. The primer set also contains a primer of sequence number 4 and a primer of sequence number 5. A method for diagnosing rice stripe virus comprises a step of amplifying a gene using the primer set and total RNA isolated from small brown planthopper or rice. The gene amplification is performed by real time RT-PCR.

PURPOSE: A novel Bacillus thuringiensis HARI042 with pesticidal effect to moths is provided to ensure excellent pesticidal activity against Scrobipalpa salinella. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus thuringiensis HARI042(KACC 91517P) has a pesticidal activity to Lepidopteran larvae. The Bacillus thuringiensis HARI042(KACC 91517P) produces crystalline endotoxin proteins. The Bacillus thuringiensis HARI042(KACC 91517P) has pesticidal activity to Tineola bisselliella, Parnara guttata, and Pseudaletia separate.

The present invention relates to a composition including a primer pair specific to bacterial grain rot, a primer pair specific to bacterial brown streak and a primer pair specific to bacterial leaf blight for diagnosing rice bacterial diseases; a primer pair for diagnosing rice bacterial diseases; a kit including the primer pair for diagnosing rice bacterial diseases; and a method for simultaneous diagnosis of bacterial grain rot, bacterial brown streak and bacterial leaf blight, including a determination step by performing multiple PCRs using DNA separated from rice as a template using the primer pairs. The diagnosis method using the kit for simultaneous diagnosis of major three rice bacterial diseases of the present invention enables simultaneous diagnosis of a complex infection contagion plant such that time and efforts can be reduced, rapid early diagnosis of rice bacterial diseases can be possible, and thus the method can contribute to establishment of a general management system of rice bacterial diseases and maintain high quality seeds.
