Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus or a method for forming a three dimensional nano pattern by spinning polymer nano jet from one side of a syringe tip. According to the present invention, an apparatus for forming a three dimensional nano pattern includes: a syringe tip having one end from which polymer nano jet is spinned; an electrode plate disposed in a spinning direction of the polymer nano jet and forming an electric field between the syringe tip and the electrode plate, in which the electrode plate a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a third electrode plate connected to the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate and having a pattern formation section on which the polymer nano jet adheres to form a three dimensional nano pattern ; and a mobile unit capable of moving the syringe tip or the electrode plate to allow relative movement of the syringe tip among the first, second and third electrode plate and relative reciprocating movement of the syringe tip on the pattern formation section. Thus, the present invention has effects of overcoming inherent instability in an electrospinning process of a nano-jet and suppressing wiping instability of the nano-jet to stably form a three dimensional nano-pattern.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing sulfonamide derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is provided to effectively suppress prostaglandin E2 synthesis and to prevent or treat allergic disease, inflammatory diseases, Alzheimer's disease, or brain diseases. CONSTITUTION: A sulfonamide derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is selected from heterocyclic substituents containing O, N, or S. A prostaglandin E2 synthetase inhibitor contains the sulfonamide derivative of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating disease related to prostaglandin E2 synthesis or metabolism contains the sulfonamide derivative or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient and the pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.

본 발명은, 시린지 팁의 일측에서 폴리머 나노 젯이 방사되어 3차원 나노 원형벽을 형성하는 장치 또는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 3차원 나노 원형벽 형성 장치는, 일단에서 폴리머 나노 젯이 방사되는 시린지 팁과, 폴리머 나노 젯의 방사 방향 측에 위치되어 시린지 팁과의 사이에서 전기장을 형성하는 전극판을 포함하고, 전극판은, 원형 띠 형상으로 형성된 윤대부를 포함하여, 방사되는 폴리머 나노 젯이 윤대부를 따라 회전하며 적층되어 3차원 나노 원형벽이 형성된다. 이로써, 본 발명은 나노젯의 전기 방사법에 내재된 불안정성을 극복하고 나노젯의 위핑 불안정성을 억제하여, 안정적으로 3차원 나노 원형벽을 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A nanopatterning apparatus and a method using an electro-spinning method are provided to prevent precisely form a nanopattern by adjusting the speed difference between a polymer nanojet and a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A nanopatterning apparatus using an electro-spinning method comprises the following: a syringe(120) including a capillary tip(127), electro-spinning a polymer solution into a polymer nanojet; a pin type ground(130) forming the electric field among the capillary tip; a substrate(150) formed on the upper side of the ground, and forming a nanopattern by the adhesion of the polymer nanojet; and a linear stage(160) transferring the substrate.
