Abstract: 본 발명은 GPCR(Guanin-Protein-Coupled Receptor)을 코딩하는 유전자가 도입된 재조합 미생물에서 대량 발현된 GPCR을 계면활성제에 대한 용해도 차이를 이용하여 정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 계면활성제만을 이용하여 후각 수용체 단백질 및 GPCR을 정제할 수 있고, 상기 정제된 후각 수용체 단백질 및 GPCR을 각각 후각센서 및 GPCR 의약품 연구개발에 활용할 수 있다.

Abstract: An adhesive for sheet protective film is provided to ensure excellent initial tackiness and adhesion by including a natural rubber and synthetic rubber. A manufacturing method of an adhesive for sheet protective film comprises (a) a step for manufacturing a natural rubber solution by masticating a natural rubber containing an acid and dissolving it in an alicyclic organic solvent; (b) a step for manufacturing a synthetic rubber solution by dissolving a synthetic rubber and tackifier in a solution mixed with an aromatic organic solvent and alcohol organic solvent; and (c) a step for blending the natural rubber solution and the synthetic rubber solution by adding a hardener.

Abstract: A method for isolating Guanin-Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) through the difference of surfactant solubility is provided to isolate olfactory receptor protein and GPCR and develop GPCR pharmaceutical product. A method for isolating Guanin-Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) using a surfactant comprises: a step of pulverizing fungus which GPCR is overexpressed and separating the pulverized material containing the GPCR; a step of treating a first surfactant; a step of treating a second surfactant; and a step of collecting the dissolved GPCR.
